I've had this laptop for a few weeks now, and so far it's amazing: the extra screen is really nice, especially for video editing or giving Zoom presentations (powerpoint/screen share goes on top, speaker notes on the bottom). I'm not a PC gamer, but I've done some light video editing and started learning the basics of Unity with no issues. The keyboard is easy and satisfying to type on. Specs that were wrong: Both screens are in fact touch screens (specs said they weren't), and mine came with Windows 11 Pro, not Windows 10 pro. Potential downsides: Not as powerful for the price compared to other laptops, but that's just the trade-off for the second screen, and I'm not a serious gamer or editing 4k video, so it's enough for my needs. I'm not bothered by the keyboard position or the skinny track pad, but others might be. (I followed other people's advice to increase the trackpad's cursor speed in the settings, and that helps. Plus the second screen can become a giant trackpad.) It comes with a stylus, but I don't use it, as there's nowhere on the device to carry it, and it doesn't seem to have palm rejection. It's not super comfy on your lap, but a blanket or pillow fixes that. Finally, the insurance is way overpriced: skip it.

I bought this exact laptop with intel core i7-11th generation 32 GB ram and 1TB ssd - 2 touch screens and Windows 11 on it! I can say that this beast is the best laptop i have ever used in my entire life! Super fancy and works really fast, you will just need to get used to the design and i got the Microsoft Arc Mouse and just wow! It has gifts with it and it saves cray alot of money you would pay later like the Stylus and the sleeve and laptop holder! This laptop is perfect! Perfect Deal!

I read a lot of reviews,mostly good but with one underlying concern, the small track-pad on the right side of the keyboard, rather than in its traditional position below the keyboard. I find that this new track-pad position is very comfortable and natural. It allows me to control the cursor with my right hand without having to constantly move my hand. The machine has a lot of CPU and RAM and I never have to wait for the system to finish a task... I have had up to 15 screens/apps active without impacting performance noticeably. The graphics are good...I'm not a gamer, so I can't speak to game graphic quality. The battery last all day without needing to be plugged into recharge. This is easily the best PC I have ever owned (in more than 50 years). I highly recommend it.

I'll start by saying this has been the best laptop purchase I've ever made. It runs great, the second screen has been very useful for how I envisioned, and had been perfect for both work and my casual gaming. However, I believe my experience was only so good because I read/watched so many reviews and was prepared for the quirks of this laptop, the biggest of which is the keyboard/touchpads layout and size. I was looking for a somewhat unique yet traditional desktop experience, so using a mouse, keyboard and laptop stand was already intended. However, without these things I believe I would have at least some buyer's remorse as the layout of the keyboard and touchpad will take some getting used to, especially if the user was left handed. I don't think it's a big issue for travelling as that's only temporary, but for typical work from home and gaming, I could not recommend this computer more.

I’m delighted with my new zenbook duo!! Particularly enjoy the second screen and how they manage it. Super fast - I know it will meet my needs for the next few years.

Best Laptop I’ve ever had. Keyboard placement is what I prefer. I also bought the Microsoft arc mouse. I love this laptop. Highly recommended.

Great laptop. Love the additional screen, but I have to admit I haven't figured out how to best use it, yet. But it's still cool.

In all honesty I just got this because of the little panel, its a unique design and so far I haven't come across any issues or anything.
