I’ve had this for a while now and have really found a love for the technology and touch screen capabilities. I’ll be honest, using the touch pad as a screen has a bit of a learning curve and I’ve definitely had some frustrating moments trying to get it to stop when I don’t want it to be split screen but with a little patience and google I have found it invaluable for multitasking with discord calls and other gaming streaming. While not optimized for professional gaming the graphics and power certainly get the job done on a satisfactory level. And it is good quality for the price. I adore the versatility.

This is my second ASUS laptop, and both have been outstanding values. This model is built solid, and it is blazing fast with the SSD. The construction looks and feels like exceptionally high quality and craftsmanship. Performance rivals that of the HP laptop I have from my job. It is definitely a best buy!

Super fast love the tiny second screen! pretty light and screen looks great!

I researched for a long time and even bought a laptop but returned it. This one fits my needs perfectly. Great performance, looks nice, touch screen and beautiful screen! I had a chromebook before which was older and slow and so I really upgraded but it is exceptional. So happy I went with this one. I even like the little extra screen.

4K touchscreen is clean and crisp. Keyboard extremely nice. The screenpad is nice as well (even though I almost never use it, it’s good know I have that option). I use it in tablet mode often and it’s very convenient. The battery life is excellent (I can get up to 10hrs sometimes) Would have liked to seen a newer gpu like the GTX 1650 though. Overall, I’m in love with this laptop!

I really am enjoying this laptop. I am using it for work and where my last computer was struggling this one is plenty fast and robust. It is a little heavier then I thought it would be, but it feels pretty solid.

I was hesitant because this was a returned open box item , but I could not find anything wrong with it - in fact it's very nice...lightweight, beautiful screen resolution (amazing actually) nice touch screen. I was going to buy this for my daughter but I'm going to keep it myself give her my old one (happy face)

I work in Aviation, and travel often. With the 16gb memory and 1TB SSD, this laptop can handle all the open pdf's, files and dropbox's that I have open at one time with ease. The screen color is great and the small screen is a nice addition. I run a second screen to it as well, the Zenscreen by ASUS and its perfect. Very pleased with this laptop. Definetly recommend.

Purchased Spring 2020 - this laptop is quick, responsive, and has a beautiful display. The second screen is very handy for taking notes, playing videos, etc. I wasn't sure if the second screen was a gimmick or a useful feature - it is definitely a useful feature. This is my favorite laptop to date.

I've had this laptop for about 3 weeks now and it's my new favorite piece of technology! I am a college student and I was looking for something that had a (14-15") screen for multitasking, a touch screen 2-in-1 for note taking, a discrete graphics card for casual gaming, and something with a decent battery life/weight so I could take it around everywhere. Luckily, I found this laptop on sale (it got filtered out on the 2-in-1 best buy feature selection for some reason, so I didn't see it until it went on sale) and it's been amazing! My favorite part has definitely been the 4K screen. I used to have a 13" 1080p laptop, and now I can multi-task and browse the web with so much more screen space. The words on the screen look sharp enough that I can see them from a good distance, so I'm not having to be as close to the screen to see it well. Plus, watching 4K videos on youtube is just so beautiful. The new ASUS screen trackpad is actually really sick and I just wish there were more useful apps on it. It's basically a built-in second screen and I feel like it has great potential. I usually turn it off to save battery, I just wish there were more uses for it. Speaking of battery, the battery life on this is pretty decent for a 4k screen. I don't need to bring my charger to school anymore and I usually do moderate programming/simulations for 6 hours a day. The size and weight on this thing is pretty good. The screen pretty much takes up the whole body of the laptop and the number pad is shrunk (which I like so more space is given to the standard keys), so it's a compact 15" laptop. I wasn't going to buy something over 5lbs, so 4.2lbs was perfect for me. It also stays very quiet and cool for most of my everyday tasks. Overall, I love this machine. I wanted to buy a higher-end laptop so it would last longer and so I would enjoy it more. My old computer was much cheaper when I got it and it just wasn't as satisfying as this one. In a few years, I imagine it'll be difficult to replace this thing because of all the features it has together. I do have a few (minor) complaints: - The keyboard part of the laptop tilts up when you move the screen back (which is great for desks), but that means the bottom of the screen jabs up against my legs. There's also these two small plastic bumpers that protect the laptop skin from being scraped, but it makes the computer slightly uncomfortable when I have the it on my lap. Not a dealbreaker and not sure how they would fix it, but my legs get slightly irritated. - The note taking capability on this thing isn't as great as I'd like. It could just be the pen I'm using (Windows Bamboo ink from last year) or because I'm using the built-in whiteboard app, but there's a slight amount of lag when I try and take notes for class. It's enough to slow me down when I'm trying to write fast. It's not as great as an Ipad, but for casual scribbles or scratch work, it works fine. - I wish the touchpad had more cool and useful features.

This laptop worked beautifully the monitor is better than any tv I have in my house! YouTube videos look crystal clear and gaming is easier on this than my gaming pc! Works good for homework I guess. Only problem is that the battery life is not the greatest and it heats up quite alot while using it. It may be that I'm running the poor thing at its max potential and causing this myself.

Screen size and 4K is nice and doesn’t strain my eyes and the keys are easy to type on. After having a laptop without touch for 8 years I noticed I do enjoy it for the convenience. This plays PC games very well for not being a gaming laptop. I enjoy having both screens especially with the Screenpad 2.0 update. I prefer the 1TB storage because I used more than the 500GB on my last laptop. The SSD is fast and the boot time is practically instant. I rarely use tablet mode but it is nice to have when walking around and I haven’t had any issues with it. If you are primarily wanting this for the tablet/notebook use I would get a smaller laptop. Finger prints do show easily on the back but it never bothered me. My only issue to date has been that the software didn’t recognize one of the displays and I had to use my Screenpad to fix the display settings. Though, this is an issue I encounter with my desktop PC as well having a dual screen setup. I bought this as an Open Box item for the lower price in order to meet my expectation for value. I would not pay full price for this laptop based on my intended use.

Very fast and light, bright and clear screen 4k is a plug. Plenty of storage and memory to accomplish any task you may need including photoshop. Bought open box was missing the drivers needed for touch screen and touch pad. Once those were installed everything works perfect boot time 2 -3 seconds including facial recognition log in. Cons- No fingerprint scanner and power button is a little hard to push because it is flush with the side of the laptop.

This laptop replaces an ASUS Q534. This is faster and the battery last for more then 5 hours.

This laptop does everything. It has a 4K touch screen. It will function as a laptop or a tablet. The combination of an i7 cpu and the video card give it enough power for also anything you want to do. The 1tb solid state hard has all the room and speed you will need.

This little laptop does everything needed for WFH without a glitch . It combines all needed software and can handle streaming video easily. Also light weight for mobility

I love this laptop! The touchpad monitor is fantastic! I do wish there was an extra USB port...but I did purchase it knowing there was only 2. But overall, performance, looks, functionality...fantastic!

So far seems like a nice laptop/tablet or laplet as I call these types of computers. Not gonna complain for the cost for 1 terabyte or a 4K screen either. the touch pad can be used to get to applications as well.

The pc is fast, reliable and great for editing video. I wish I could add more memory but you cannot do that with this model. The touchscreen is an amazing feature but can get annoying at times.

Great laptop really nice touch screen it’s fast and plays every game I tried on medium /high and others on ultra and so far no issues with the pc
