    No way to add watchfaces

    At first look this was a nice device with a nice build quality. However when I went to change the watch face I was unable to select anything other than the 10 android wear faces. The Asus one that was the default was even gone (which was the nicest looking of the bunch). I was unable to back out of the menu without selecting one and as a result, couldn't even get the default Asus one back. Tried for a system update and it said the device was up to date. Finally called Asus who suggested I send them the watch so they could update the firmwear. They then proceded to tell me that I would be responsible for all shipping costs. Unfullfilled firmwear and terrible customer service led me to return the watch for a full refund.

    I bought this watch, loved it but noticed a few rough things about the watch and one big problem. -The watch is very laggy once switching to lollipop. Lots of freezes, lock-ups, crashes, and battery life dropped. -The worst was the piece of metal that holds the watch band broke off. I mean the metal weld holding it to the body broke. This happened while just wearing it. The kicker, I only had the watch 2.5 months! Asus is forcing me to pay 30 bucks to send it to them, but express it probably won't be covered. Best buy didn't offer a warranty on this when I bought it, so they're completely useless in this. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT BUY, AND WAIT UNTILL A BETTER GENERATION OF WATCHES NOT MADE BY ASUS.

    If you own a LG G3 do not buy this watch

    I am seeking a smart watch to do 3 things. One, tell me the time always on. Two, tell me who is calling by looking at wrist. Thrid, let me review a text looking at my wrist. If one of these does not work it is a deal breaker. The LG G3 and the Asus Smartwatch have a software conflict that does not allow one to see messages/texts. After 3 hours with Asus and LG tech support the issue become for the Asus smartwatch to work it must have Google Hangouts as main messaging app. The LG G3 will not allow anything but their messaging app to be default. So if you want this and have an LG G3 DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!! Guess will have to got a LG Smartwatch to be safe and of course the store had none.

    Does not Function Properly

    So I'm going to just write that my unit does not work properly and must not have met QA. Because my vibration completely does not work at all. The sad part is it is sold out online and in stores so I may be waiting a while before I can get a replacement. Hopefully the best buy policy about holiday items and the extended return window proves true because this is usable but not ideal.... That being said, still getting used to it from my pebble but I am optimistic about my experience going forward.

    not charging properly.

    Got my zenwatch and seemed great! first time i charged it you could see the gauge go up. worked great! 24 hrs later, charges but the gauge stays at the same percentage, don't know how full it is until i restart the watch, then i know the percentage. next time i need to charge it, same thing all over again. did a default reset twice, did not help! looks like i'm going to send this back. sucks works great, if not for charging issue. i see i'm the second reviewer so far with charging problem. Hmmm!

    Was super excited to buy extremely nice watch but after downloading ZenWatch Manager the factory watch faces partially disappeared and the watch would not upload the new watch faces. Software was up to date and I reset the watch 5 times with the same result. Customer service was unable to help and finally hung up on me. Brought watch back to the store.

    Swing and a miss for this one, tried it for a grand total of a day before I got frustrated with it. Way too many portals to jump through to get to what exactly you wanted to get from the watch. Button to activate the screen is in a god awful spot behind the watch. Signal constantly kept broken up to where it became as useful as a glorified watch.

    Charging Problems

    Noticed a charming problem less than 24 hours of ownership. Called Asus 5 times. They offer no solution. Will not send a replacement. It is sold out Ordered it early only to have this happen and a company that has Poor Custo me Service ! Avoid this Company !

    This is by far the most uncomfortable and worst watch I've worn. The battery does not last and it feels incredibly uncomfortable over time on your wrist. Would recommend the Moto 360 over this watch.

    Does not work with Google Apps for Business

    Google Apps does not support Gmail cards and therefore completely limits the functionality for the watch. Search Google for "gmail cards in Google apps".
