Works extremely well covering the house of 3,500 square feet and pretty much everywhere in the yard. Wi-Fi connection always shows strongest connection. Utilizing all ports with internal cat 5 ethernet.

I setup the Asus XT9 and the Static IP worked no problem. It is also faster then the TP-Link using a Dynamic IP.

Started off great, now keeps disconnecting

I've done soft resets and it will reconnect for a couple weeks but then disconnect again and rapidly flashes blue. I've finally factory reset the node and now the app nor the web interface can find it to reconnect to the network. However if I connect with an Ethernet cable from the router to the node it will show wired back haul connection, but when removing the cable it then shows the node offline. Very disappointing for a router that is less than a year old and wasn't cheap.

The node was inconsistent with remaining connect to the main router and eventually would stopped connecting to the main router. Furthermore, if devices would connect to the node the connection would be terrible.

The most challenging part was initially setting up the accounts and connecting to our wifi provider.

Using the phone app, which is the ONLY way to install the product, the automated process failed, so I followed the recommendation to proceed manually. I was able to successfully (but separately) connect both the primary and satellite units to the house wifi via my phone, initiating the connection manually from my phone to each unit's IP.address. At that point installation failed, despite multiple retries. I called customer support. After an initial how may I help greeting, the very first thing the tech said was "I'm sorry you were unable to follow the instructions" (direct quote) and the conversation went downhill from there. He was rude, insulting, and condescending, and worst of all, was unable to help. I'm going back to Best Buy to request a free Geek Squad house visit to get the product installed, which they will undoubtedly decline to do, at which point I will return the product.
