bought as gift for elderly aunt - she's learning how to use, says is working well. the 3 stations suited her well regarding coverage in her condo, makes mobility less issue to answer phone. message function vs cloud was easy to establish, memory numbers as well.

Once I got used to it I really like it. Manual is not as clear as it could be. I had to call for help. They were knowledgeable and very nice. The directions were missing a step. It is also easy to handle.

They are beautiful and work well. I know that landlines are still valuable.

this was a gift for my mom and she loves it. though her number was on the "do not call list" she was constantly getting spam calls all day long. well no more with this phone she hasn't complained about spam calls since i hooked it up!

Setup was easy, buttons and display are nice and bright. The blue light makes the screen and buttons easier to read. When I’ve called home, the voice volume seems softer than the previous Panasonic cordless that this phone replaced.

I bought these phones because they said they had a smart blocker on them to eliminate robo calls and spam. Well let me tell you, it really works, they all get screened, it has been so quiet and I just love !!! would highly recommend this product !!!!!

I didn’t ever received this product it was during Christmas time and somehow the package stated it was delivered to the CVS on Morrissey T Blvd. there was a tracking number and everything but from the looks of the product specifications and my research on this product even though I had to go to Walmart and buy my mother another phone temporarily I will re-purchase this phone because of the color the buttons the brightness the ease of direction for the use of the phone

Replacement pair. First Sony one’s malfunctioned. Problem is that Best Buy would not honor a third party warranty exchange. Out 70 bucks. Always return to BB and never submit claim to 3rd party.

The AT&T handset is attractive. The letters and numbers on the phone screen are easy to see. Setup was a little difficult as instructions are not clear. It has worked as promised except for the remote message answering system which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

I had issues with the AT&T cordless phone I purchased from Best Buy. I contacted AT&T support services and they work with me but unable to resolve the problem. They sent me a new phone at no cost and it works great. I especially like telemarketer call blocking feature. We never get any telemarket calls anymore.

I love the home screening feature to eliminate scam/robo calls.

My parents needed a new home phone, and this one does the job.

As a resident of an independence facility I appreciated the knowledge of the salesperson and his explanation of how easy they would be to install. They were easy to install and they work well meeting all my needs.

Replaced eleven year old AT&T phones. Easy setup. Only thing I wish the volume was a bit louder on the highest setting but overall pleased with the phones.

This phone was easy to set up and now use. The call block feature is invaluable and would not own a new phone without one.

Very happy with my purchase and it is far better than my old Panasonic 3 phone set which finally began to malfunction. I like everything about it including the really good instruction manual with an easy to use index. A good product.

So far-So good. Product working as expected. Not all functions have been used at this time. Will continue to use more when I become more familiar with product.
