Disapointed in AT&T

Original phone is over 5 years old... new handsets must be registered on the main base unit... new handset does not fit on old base... AT&T changed the shape and configuration of design... so it is totally unusable!!!

Not what I needed

When I asked the sales associate at the store, he said it plug right into modem. After I got home, I saw there was not even a ethernet port on the phone. Returned it next day.

A discontinued item, but was left on the shelf.

We took it back to Best Buy but was told we couldn't get our money back because it was a discontinued item. Will avoid shopping at Best Buy from now on.

Not what i was looking for

Does not Fit the featured unit
