This item is great home phone system but at times the volume can be quite low during a call, even when the volume is turned up to the maximum allowed amount. The intercom feature is nice for when you have a multilevel house. The answering machine is very easy to set up and easy to receive and record messages on as well.

Needed a home phone to replace my previous one. This one works great and getting 3 handsets for this price is a good deal. The sound quality is good and I love the fact that it has an intercom feature, which comes in handy when needing to communicate with other members in the house who may be in a different area of the house. No complaints at all about this phone.

These phones are great for the price. Easy to set up and use, they offer good sound quality and decent range. Don't use the landline too often, but these get the job done.

This product is very user friendly, especially for two people who can be easily challenged. I really like the way it synced all my contact information into all the phones.

We find numerous features that we like very much. We like being able to set the volume of both the ringer and the voice, and ease of setting it up was wonderful.

When our cordless phone quit a few years ago we were looking to buy new ones. These phones have worked great and the price was just right. We've had them a few years now and they re still working. The only thing is they don't hold a charge as long any more but I use that as my excuse to get off the phone when I get tired of talking or I pick up one of the others and continue my conversation! Great phones. I would buy the same phones again.

I went to the store to buy replacement batteries for my existing phones. However, This unit was cheeper than replaceing the batteries. The set comes with batteries and everything you need!

Worth the money. Purchased for my mother and she loves it. Easy for older people to install and use.

We have the same phone set in MN and loved it. We have now become snowbirds and wanted the same set in AZ to keep it simple and because we loved our first set.

The conversations kept breaking up, then the phone would start beeping after just 10 minutes of use after being on the cradle all day. I had two messages on the machine when I returned home one day. Just then the phone rang, so I answered it and LOST the 2 messages! They just erased themselves, and I had no idea who called. I just returned the set to the store. It was too frustrating.

I am happy with the phone system with the exception of the sound quality.

Look & Feel and sound quality was amazing. But the battery charged Life was short and getting drained in 30 to 40 minutes.

Able to have multi use with only one line in household. Great for boys room as well

Got these as a gift for my parents and they love them!

Came in really handy for my shop and office needs.

This item arrived missing the AC power adapter from AT&T. Customer support could not help as I had purchased under our company name and had not opened the sealed cordless phone box within 15 days of receipt. Will attempt to exchange at local Best Buy store, but was told by customer support this may not be valid because of the same 15 day policy.

I probably would want to try other type of similiar phone.

I don't understand why this phone system is only getting 1 star?!? It's an affordable group of phones with an answering system that can have additional phones added as needed, and it does the job...very well. I've had other systems that had lengthy codes you had to remember to change the message, ring volume, tone, etc...and we didn't keep up with the code card. This has a scroll menu for those options. The sound is great, the answering machine works well, and we love the fact that we can add 3 phones for other rooms. Maybe I expect less in a phone, but this works perfect for our family. Tip: Wait until it is on sell. I notice this happens and you get an even better bargain! I haven't had it long enough to determine the overall battery life, but it does keep a charge most of the day on each individual phone. I also love the fact that you can call each handset from one another to have a conversation with someone in another room.

Reviewed this phone online and agree with most reviews. Not user friendly to program Instruction manual vague..Refers to online manual which does not download. Answer machine is fuzzy..delete button slow on both phone and machine. Doesn't delete on first try. Phone screen is red and small, not easy to read. I replaced this with a AT&T phone that had more bells and whistles. Could change ringer tones for programed callers, had different different pictures, settings were easy to progam, programs were fast when checking id's . This one just shows handset #'s and can't change screen. Mainly this phone is slow and does not compare to my older phone. I miss the bells and whistles and takes longer to even pull up a phone number to make a call. Sound quality, jury still out because I haven't used it that much but I am considering returning it. Took forever to load the phone numbers and not looking forward to doing it again. Didn't really need the extention phones but hard to find a decent phone anymore and they come with extras. Can't see this lasting. This phone is too much work...I just don't know what to replace it with.
