I read good reviews for this phone and it seemed like a lot of phone for the money. But I'm not happy with the sound quality of the handsets. Its an annoyingly tinny and buzzy. I tried lowering the volume but even at level 2 of 6 it still was buzzy. Another complaint was that the #s light up but not the power/call buttons. Odd. It does appear to be a sturdy product and verbally announces incoming phone #s.

This is a great phone with intercom system for home use. We can keep one of the four phones in the most widely used rooms of the house which keeps us from running around looking for "THE" phone as well as communicating with other family members no matter where they are in the house without yelling or screaming for them. What a great feature. The whole family loves it!!

only complaint is that not all keys light up. Call screening is useful feature and PTT intercom works well

We love this phone system. We can use the habdsets to call the other rooms. This is nice when we take a phone outside or down by the dock. We can use the phone to call back to the house and talk to the kids.

I love my new phones good speakers and their were four of them which made me very happy.

I like this phone system. Everything works great but the caller ID announce is very difficult to understand.

First cordless phone I have purchased in over 5 years. Very pleased with the capabilities of phone. Many more features than my old phone had. very pleased with product.

If you are looking to have a easy setup with multiple phones and for it to have a reasonable cost - this is the one to buy.

If my wife is happy I am very happy and she is electronic lost. Great product for the price

THE BEST HOME TELEPHONE SYSTEM WE COULD HAVE BOUGHT

Previous phone system could store way more phone numbers. Other than that this system is good.

I love it. My family and I like it a whole lot. We got this after our landline phone died after over 5 years. It was worth getting it.

We got 3 packages for the 3 lines, also has an excellent reception even the phone are so far of the dock

I was VERY disappointed with my purchase. I used to LOVE my AT&T phones but these SUCKED. There was always static on the line, even my called parties heard it. THE MAIN PROBLEM WAS the base DIED on the 2nd day of use. I woke up to find the phone base DEAD so of course no phones could be used. On a positive tip, the look of the phones were streamlined & very nice. And I LOVED the phone announcing your calls so you could decide beforehand if you wanted to answer the call or not. I would NEVER order these phones again & I would NOT recommend them to anyone either.

Ordered online as a gift for elderly parents out-of-state, Best Buy sent cheaper phone set than the one I paid for! And it was defective! The phones had a constant buzz. When they took them to their local Best Buy to exchange them, they had to get into a major argument with the clerk, then had to insist on talking to the store manager. They ended up just getting a refund instead of an exchange because it was such a flipping hassle. What a rip off!!!!

sound quality was horrible...with normal level sound earpiece buzzed, turning it down and it sounded like someone talking intoa tin can...took it back the same day....
