The c139 is a good phone without any extra features that make most of today's cell phones overly complicated. For the most part, this product functions as ONLY a phone and does a great job of it. Sound quality and coverage area (AT&T) are great. The c139 is also sturdy, as I have dropped it a few times from waist height to concrete and it still functions 100%. My only complaint about this phone is the slow boot-up time of the software. It takes about 70-80 seconds for the phone to be ready to use when first tuning it on, but I must point out that I routinely turn off my phone (I think most people do not). The prepaid plan fits my calling needs perfectly, and it is the cheapest way to own a cell phone. No surprise fees, and you can easily monitor and recharge your account on the internet.

Well, if all you need is a decent phone with not a lot of misc useless functions then this is the phone for you. I find it a bit difficult to hear the ringers at times when it's in my pocket but I believe that to be more of my poor hearing than the phone itself. It's pretty durable and can take a lot of abuse. I know this because I put it through quite a bit. It's small profile is nice and I don't find it too bulky at all. It's very simple to use when I do need to use it. It's a good all around cheap phone. I would recommend this product to anyone that just wants to occasionally keep in contact to the outside world but doesn't plan on using it all day, all the time.

This is definitely a cheaply made phone, but it does do the job if your just looking to make the occasional phone calls. I'm not sure that it would take alot of abuse, but for the price you can't beat it. I have had no problems w/ this phone, other than trying to figure out how to control the volume that you hear the person you are talking to. That and I don't believe that there is a speakerphone on it.

An 81 year old friend was in need of a cell phone. Having never had one before we did not know how she would do with one, so we did not want to invest a great deal of money. The phone's cost, size, eaze of operation, clarity of sound and compatibility with the Cingular service has made this Go phone a great addition to her every day life. We all feel more secure knowing she has a reliable phone which if lost, can easily be replaced.

It's a cute phone and easy to use. It's small enough to fit in your pocket or small purse and the price is great. You don't need an expensive phone with all the bells and whistles if you don't need to use a cell phone all the time. It's great when you need one in an emergency.

Phone serves purpose of intermitttant use requirements for a person who does not rely on cell phone for major communication needs. It is good for emergency use for those people during traveling. Somewhat expensive for minutes but no monthly charge unless set up that way.

I have had this phone for like a month now and it is very good and i have droped it like 3 times and it still works perfectly.I like the fact that it has perfect graphics.And you CAN NOT get photos on this phone.

I bought this phone around the holidays. A great phone, small and compact. I like most features about the phone. I wished it was a speakerphone. I would definitely buy again if I had to.

The phone is exactly that. Just phone. Comprised of polyphonic ring-tones and a less than sufficient speed-dial, the phone is a definite fossil. The quality of the calls is pretty weak, and I'm planning on updating to the C168i.

This is a gift for my son, he love it .....have text message,music,is a tiny cell phone phone...if you don't want a contract this cell phone is for you............
