After my smartphone got, I bought this phone as temporary to use until I buy another smartphone but, after using I decided to keep this phone. Battery Life last for ever and very compact to carry around. I use the phone as back up and forwarded my number to my company phone. I am loving it.

Sim card is locked to the samsung phone and cannot be transferred to another phone. Customer support was unhelpful but did confirm that the phone is locked to that phone. ATT store didn't seem to have any knowledge of sim card locks so it may not apply to all phones. Because customer service was so unhelpful I will be avoiding all ATT products and services in the future.

Cheap and best those who want only incoming and outgoing and no need any features like Camera, games...

Great phone for the price. There are no added frills, but, the battery life is very good. The phone feels solid and easy to flip. So far I could say only good things about this phone. The screen is bright and the keys are easy to press. If you are thinking about a simple phone without any data plan and apps then go for it. Comes with the charger.

Basic phone that is great for $5. No frills but a nice temporary replacement phone.

This is a cheap phone and is planned to use as a backup phone. Not so great phone.

Its 5 bucks so if you don't like it throw it out. can't ask for cheaper phone.

Good basic phone, great price!!. Great features and reception. Nice replacement for my samsung after its touch screen stopped working and ATT would not replace my phone. Highly recommended.

Durable phone. Keypad is small, hard to use. Battery life is good.

I love to use Samsung product in various departments. However this stupid phone is the greatest disaster from Samsung. I returned it finally after I used it just 10 days. Entire sound system in the phone didn't work at all. I couldn't answer the call or call someone. Most stupid thing was that it was ringing when I charged it. LOL!

Its only 5bucks... making call and sending messaging . Battery life is also good.

The phone barely worked for a few days, SIM card activation was a nightmare, when we tried to exchange it in the store, sales person couldn't active the new card either. We ended up trashing the phone after hours with AT&T customer service and store rep. Be careful ! Test before you leave the store to make sure it works.
