this must be the cheapest phone on the planet. has all basic features. for $5 i picked this up, its a steal.

overall its a good phone for the united states and over seas..

This phone is great for prepaid customers who don't use a lot of texting and this is because of No QWERTY keyboard. The screen size is very small which is not good for heavy texting.

Good to have it if you pay many time on your phone for calls but not using your phone to check the weather and facebook.

These phone cards have been a great way to curtail usage as well as not worry about value lost if the device gets lost.

I bought this phone to unlock and use on other network and the ad on best buy was misleading to say it supports Multiple networks Operates on dual-band GSM/GPRS Class 10 850/900/1800/1900MHz networks so you can access the Web. The user manual says its dual band GSM 850/19000 Mhz supported only. That makes this purchase a waste of 2.99 for me. But all in all buying a phone for $2.99 was fun

Just a basic phone. at a good price. A little to small for most users who need it simple. I Like the flip phone....

I thought this would be a great solution when my mom's phone (under contract) broke and we didn't want to pay big $$ for a new phone, it worked great for 30 days and then dead, wouldn't charge, nothing.

What else can you get for 5 bucks? Yes, the screen is not awesome but you can use it to talk and the sound is good enough.

After the first one I bought wouldn't charge after three days, I decided to give Samsung another chance, and bought another one. The second one, after three weeks, doesn't charge any more, and is dead like the first one. Worst phone ever.

Good battery. great for desperate time and measures.

Called it the "toy" phone. After two months, it wouldn't ring when someone called, but would ring in your ear when you tried to call out. Kept having to turn it off and power back on to reset.

The phone was near-impossible to activate, and then once finally activated the minute purchase plans available were not suitable for my needs. Incredibly frustrating process for the result. Would not recommend AT&T for customer service either.

This phone does not work on all the frequencies Best Buy lists on their website. Take the time to find the real specs elsewhere before purchasing.

I went into a Best Buy Mobile to buy a new 4 G phone and was told that I was being given this phone free, but now see that I was charged $4.95 plus tax. The product may be fine but Best Buy's business process leaves a lot to be desired.

I'm glad I only paid $9.99 for this phone because I ended up getting a different, more expensive one. This phone constantly dropped calls, was unable to answer calls and couldn't get into voice mail. I guess you get what you pay for.
