Bought this for my dad, he is not into smartphones so this is the closest to one without being one. He is happy with it.

had to get a temp phone while my iPhone was being shipped out and fixed took a week - this was perfect.

I needed a simple phone that just needed to take calls and the rare text message. Paying $100 for a smart phone was foolish so this fit the bill perfectly.

Cell Phone was recommended by phone service knowing individual had very limited cell phone plan and only wanted talk/text and camera. Cell sealed in package could not check out prior to purchase. Only see thru window. Large package, Contents charger, including very very limited instructions how to operate, navigate, etc. Individual required some assistance such as turning phone completely off and did not understand how to drill down thru menu. Went to cell phone place, shown how but would not take the time to show more, ie, how to load contacts as instructions provided in package horrible. Everyone and all cell phone services assume everyone can afford data plan and don't listen to customer, ie. me. They only wanted to make a sale. This was a gift for an elderly person who did not want a flat cell but something simple. Maybe phone ok for someone who has some experience with cell phones and knows how to utilize other functions with cell.

There's nothing exceptional about this phone but it makes for a great, inexpensive replacement phone for a family member who tends to lose or break them.

Husband won't use anything else so for him this is excellent. I wish we could buy another as he cracked his screen.

My husband loves this phone. It’s easy to use and he can hear the person who is calling him.

Excellent Modern Flip Phone but only thing battery don't last as long as an older flip phone

I am not a slave to my telephone. l 90% use it to dial out in emergencies or family contact. I normally provide the number only to selected few when I feel it appropriate. I pay quarterly and love it for the security and comfort. It even works through my automobile. And I have not seen a less expensive operating cost telephone on the market.

Good reception easy to program and add minutes perfect phone for people that don’t like smart phones

Previous flip phone had better hearing reception. The level for the hearing part is very limited & if you're hard of hearing, that is a very bad issue.

Hubby wanted a flip but must admit I didn't know a smart flip was available. This does so much more than I expected.

Got this as my mom need a simple phone but it’s nice to have some options like YouTube or checking emails too.

Hard to hear, wish texting was like it was on the older flip phones.
