This is my first iPhone. I couldn’t justify spending close to $1000 on one of the latest and greatest iPhones when this does everything I need it to do. I decided to make the switch after years of being unimpressed with various mid range and flagship Android phones. Making the switch and moving all my stuff from my old phone was extremely easy. I really like everything about this phone and should’ve made the switch sooner. Calls are crystal clear, the camera takes great photos and daily tasks such as browsing the internet, checking email and using apps are smooth and enjoyable. Thanks Best Buy

iPhone 7 purchased at Best Buy (Moorestown, NJ) was a great value when purchased. Unfortunately, it drowned and was rendered useless. The phone itself was a great value and I would recommend it, particularly for the price I paid. Had plenty of features for my needs and was an easy purchase at Best Buy. I would however, recommend buying product protection for any phone regardless of manufacturer due to the potential damage and the fragility of cell phones.

So far this iphone works as advertised. I was so pleased to see that it was a AT&T prepaid phone since I have a prepaid account with AT&T. This purchase completes my Apple collection, i.e., ipad, MacBook Pro & now iphone. They all talk to each other, which is a plus.

Phone is new and came factory packed. Includes a $50.00 credit that is applied to your AT&T account when you activate. The SIM Card is enclosed, dso be very careful separating the SIM from the card to which it is attached. Set up everything over the internet and phone and was in operation in about an hour. This was a no brainer as the price was around $369.00.

Purchased this for my 74-yr old dad, which is his first time using an iphone. Love that it's user-friendly especially for older folks.

I recently upgraded to the Iphone 7 because there were reports that Apple would no longer be supporting the Iphone 6s. Still getting used to the phone, but have had continued issues with website crashing. Not sure what is going on, but I'll be heading back to Best Buy and Geek Squad to see what the issue is.

It's an iPhone so it's Great. Runs smooth with iOS 13 although the battery life is a bit short. It will not get you through a full day of heavy use but it is dependable. AT&T service is great in my area and the included airtime was a bonus. Still using this iPhone in August 2020 without issues.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 to this phone, an iPhone 7. It was pretty easy to switch my old photos onto this phone through the cloud. I was able to easily switch the Sim card from my old phone to this phone. It even included one of the sim card opener tools! This phone is very speedy and you get what you pay for!

This was a Christmas present Phone upgrade for one of my family members that was a android phone. It was super easy to activate and set up. I was able to transfer everything from the android phone to the iPhone with a Apple app they have you download

I will never understand why people pay 15-30 a month for 30 months for a phone when you can buy a prepaid phone for 1/3rd the price. This does everything my daughter needs it to and more without the contract save your money buy prepaid to use in your postpaid phones

I bought this as a prepaid iPhone since my 6s Plus was stolen. As an iPhone I find that this phone is easy to use and I gave myself a teeny tiny upgrade. I have no regrets buying the phone. It's been a good purchase thus far.

I switched from a 5 year old LG Android phone which had a 5.5 inch screen. So the screen is a little smaller on this phone but this makes it a little more compact which I like. The Apple hardware and software is great, it's fast, smooth and takes great pics.

I purchased this for my daughter's 10th birthday. She absolutely loves it & because she has had an iPad for some time, she was already very familiar with the iOS. It's a great size & parental controls were fairly easy to put in place.

I bought this iPhone for my teen. She wanted the X but since I only buy pre-paid phones, the X was out of the question (Too expensive to pay for ourright). The price in this pre-paid 7 was perfect (below $400) Everyone is happy now.

Love my new phone. Though after my iphone 5 stopped working, it didnt take much to make me happy. Not only that, but it shipped in 3 days. I got 3 months free of Sirius XM radio and a $50.00 pre-paid account credit! Cant beat it!

It’s got great features and capability. Just the right amount of storage for your teenager. Plenty of quality features that let them do many things without breaking the bank or having an outdated or featureless phone.

This was a great purchase for me. The Apple iPhone seven was priced right at Best Buy, and has been a dependable phone for the money. 32 GB of memory was not enough for me, however that’s no reflection on the phone itself.

I bought this prepaid iPhone last year and have had no problems with it. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a cheap alternative smart phone.

Upgraded from a 16Gb iPhone 6 that just couldn’t keep up. This one does the trick. But I am still amazed how 3-4 year old technology can cost this much (thankfully it was in sale)!

Not sure what to expect yet but so far no problems. The representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the product which made the transition from android to Apple almost effortless.
