It wasn't very expensive and the last one he had he broke in 4 days (lesson learned). It seems to have many of the features he likes, I will say he is making it work. With little to no complaints I might add. To be honest it was purchased strictly because it was cheap. But it's turning out to be very acceptable.

At 60 bucks outright you basically get what you paid for. Obviously you do not want to purchase this if you are looking for a device to compete with the current flagship models out there. The phone is slower at times, the pictures turn out a little less crisp than you would like, and sometimes the wifi feature does not work at all. The wifi situation could actually just be an issue with my particular device, but if it happens to more devices in the world that could be a deal breaker for those with limited data plans. It does what it needs to do to get by, the screen is bright enough, the speakers are okay. The device does feel alright in the hand. Expandable storage is definitely a plus. If you know what you are getting into by researching the item before you buy, you probably won't be too disappointed.

I wold definitely recommend to a friend and we loved this phone and economical.

My wife is happy with her new cell phone except when it needed updating.

Good for texting and calls but slow when browsing and not enough memory. Cheap basic phone but would recommend spending more for a better phone. Not a great design but the slowness and memory are the two major downfalls

This phone has a good operating system. It functions as it should.

It is almost the same as the android phone but with a cheaper price.

This is a quite good and inexpensive phone, doing what it needs to do. The only problem is small RAM memory, which is only 1 Gb and it is different from what is on BestBuy website. So be aware of it when you buy. The storage memory can be extended by inserting a memory card (microSD).

As with all previous purchases from BestBuy, I have never been disappointed. This purchase was no exception. The phone meets my expectations more than anticipated. I realize that the manufacturer of the phone is NOT being evaluated here but only the vendor. As such, I find the prices very reasonable and often very competitive. Of course, the quality of merchandise offered by BestBuy should meet the high standards of the seller--which in this case, it did. The purchase of this on-line was flawless and carefree; the item was ready for pick-up upon arrival and the notifications via text or email kept me up to date with the transaction. Not only would I HIGHLY recommend this product but I would STRONGLY suggest that you consider NOT SHOPPING ANYWHERE ELSE for electronic products.

Good phone. Does its job for what it is. It can't be compared to a high-end phone but it's good.
