This is a great beginner phone. Clear and great reception, long battery and easy to use. My granddaughter is 12 and she loves it!

I bought this as a replacement phone for my plan with ATT. I like it better than the Pantech models I have used that have touch screen and sliding keyboard. The battery lasts between 2-3 days for what I call average use. The sound quality is good and the keyboard is a good size for my hands. Great phone for the price!

Got this for teenager, used the phone for pay as you go type of plan and the phone is great because the keyboard is easy to use. I inserted the sim card the wrong way and had to come back to get it fixed but so far the phone works great. Doesnt have alot of memory and there is SD slot but if you plan on having lots of music and pix then this might not be for you

My son was finding himself being distracted by his iPhone when he was out with friends and wanted something simple to use as a back up. I bought this phone and he used it for a week or two. Of course he had to use an adapter for his nano sim but we had one on hand so that wasn't an issue. If you've never had an iPhone or similar smartphone then this phone works just fine. My main reason for buying it was for the keyboard. It is a decent phone for the money.

This phone does exactly what I wanted it to do for a sales position. Call, text and calendar. It also has other features that I don't have a need for such as email, navigator and internet. Very good price too!

This is not a smartphone. This is basically an old flip phone that has keypad. The e-mail accounts don't work because they are outdated, and no updates available. The web functions, but it's like the web on flipphones from around 2000. Calls are clear, and texting was easy. But if you think this is a cheap blackberry, you will be dissappointed

My wife hates smart phones but texts a lot. The keyboard is a big plus and phone gets good reception

This phone was purchased to be a simple means of communications for a teenage babysitter taking care of children at a home with no land line. All that was needed was the ability to make and receive calls to/from the parents or anyone else in case of plan changes or emergencies. An easy inexpensive way to provide exactly what we needed! Service was fine and no extra bells and whistles were needed (or paid for)

You are not buying this for the features. This is a great choice for a cheap throwaway phone that isn't a flip phone.

This is my first phone with a keyboard. I needed an inexpensive phone to make phone calls. This is great for that. Takes pictures too. I'm pleased.

Needed a temporary phone and found this one at an affordable price. It takes care of all my simple needs. It is not a phone that I plan to keep long term, as it does not have touch screen and not a good phone for viewing pictures and documents. Overall, it is simple to use and figure out. If you are looking for a phone to make calls and send text messages, then this should be good enough.

The features of the phone are easy to use or be familiar with, but the letters & numbers on the keys are too small.

This is my third time having this phone model. The new model is not as good as the last model as far as user friendly or as smooth operating . It is a good phone when you don't want to be bothered with getting a data phone yet; and way better then a flip phone. Just a simple phone, easy to use, keyboard works great, perfect for text messaging. Cost of $30 and did not affect my contract.

This inexpensive cell phone is just what was needed to switch over all time and money credits along with an earlier cell phone number with no expensive monthly charges and minimum charges only for each call. Not a sophisticated Smart Phone but is great for calls and an occasional picture.

Great little cell phone bought as replacement of Mother when she lost hers on a walk. This one has allowed for a integration into the text world. Now grudgingly grateful that the skill and ease of use has been mastered. I now receive more information than once before.
