i really like the ease of use for the mi fi internet

it worked fine at first but when I went over and used up all my time ,tried to extend it it wouldn't do it and I called, it finally did and then there was a few day gap...annoying

This has worked almost flawlessly... both in use and configuration. Only 3 minor complaints.... 1) touch sensitivity could be a bit better 2) ATT needs to improve their pages associated with acquiring a monthly account. 3) Wish they had a plan smaller data blocks say 50 or 100MB for a day or two.

I love it I can use in the car and while on the go

Didn't want to purchase internet through the cable company at the beach because we are not there year round. This worked out OK-sometimes connection was spotty but for the most part a good solution.

This gets the job done just nicely my only critique would be the screen. It is sometimes difficult to navigate since it is a touch screen but is not as user friendly as mobile device screens. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Service can be spotty on road trips depending on area you’re driving through since it works on cell signals. But overall we were quite happy with the device for our purposes...keeping the kids entertained.

Needed to buy this for work, and it does a great job! Clocks out at about 30 Mb, which is great for checking email, file downloads / uploads, etc.., even over VPN.

I don't get the best reception from AT&T where I live. I was surprised to see this modem pick up the signal better than my phone. It does data very fast. Unfortunately data is expensive. You can a get a decent break on data if you buy a package and an add on at the same time.

I still don't understand what happend whenever it expires before the next refill date. I paid the $10 it requested but still wouldn't let me use it until the next refill. So I really don't know where my $10 went.

I live way out in the country, on the very ragged edge of 3G. When my broadband connection fails, I can use this device to connect to 3G well enough to receive and send work emails. Beats driving 25 miles, one way, to town to connect on borrowed WiFi to see if I have any email.

This device is being temporarily used in a construction trailer. It's $75 per month for 8GB, which is the largest amount available. If you want more data, you have to play an additional $10 per 2GB. You also can't add on more that 4 extra GB at a time. Besides this major issue, this device works very well and can maintain a solid connection for up to 9 devices.
