It won't pick up a signal
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I went to best buy to buy a wireless hotspot and they had no selection (and their staff too busy to help me) so i ended up with this. I'm sorry i bought it. No external antenna jack. It won't pick up a signal at my new home. I have to drive to get a signal, until i buy a better hotspot that will accept an external antenna. If you're at all remote don't settle for this.

Returned for no service

I unfortunately was in a remote space with the nearest ATT tower a one and half drive away. Once I got back to the city, I returned it. It didn't work for my needs.
