Great product easy to use very durable great battery

I am fully satisfied with this product. Have no issue so far.

Bought this to replace our bad hard line Internet connection at a trade show. Was able to connect multiple devices without any problem. Did the job I needed it to do.

Very reliable; I had no problems; used it for my laptop while I was traveling. Also, AT&T assistance via phone was excellent when I had questions about purchasing additional data for my hot spot. BTW, AT&T had a better deal for data than Verizon.

I love this device, I bought a cricket sims popped it inside and had unlimited wifi use it to get on all my devices any and everywhere

This item is just what I needed. The Hotspot is very convenient for me and easy to use.

I had a T-Mobile hotspot before and only 3G, and this one is much faster. The screen is color and the information is good. I am just not used to turn off the screen before any adjustment on the hotspot in the router page.

Product is good quality. Exactly what I needed. Has an LCD touch display which is very responsive. Has long battery life that is really good for travelers.

Internal router allows devices to talk to each other on the local wifi that it creates. Nice.

AT&T was going to charge $150 to replace my stolen hotspot device. I was able to save a bunch by buying my replacement at Best Buy and just having AT&T set up my hotspot device again. When in doubt, visit Best Buy for all (if not most) of your electronic needs.

Good product, easy to use. Only complaint would be that your sales representatives did not have any idea how the device works with payment options.

The first month I used this device, great! No problems. Everything worked as expected. Once I reloaded it for an additional month . . . I will refrain from using words that actually say how I feel about it. I use this device for business. I reloaded when I ran out, the website says it will work again at the end of the day. No. I need it now. Customer service was able to help. Two hours later, stops working. Says I've used up all my data. In two hours. With no media used, just financial type websites. The same exact type of thing I used the previous card for and it lasted all month. Lasted two hours. Nothing different on my end. Incredibly embarrassing in front of a client. Completely unacceptable. Currently standing in line at a competitor to find out about different options. I expect connectivity issues similar to cell phone use. This is something entirely different and completely unacceptable.

This hotspot is easy to use. When I had questions customer service was very helpful.

Easy set up. Nice reception, hardly ever lost. This is the second brand that I tried. I'll keep this one.

It is easy to install, easy to use and comes with free trials of the different download options so you only subscribe to what you find you really enjoy. Quite a few free options as well. Great price and product!

Excellent little piece of tech, great for places that lack secure wifi hotspots, very portable, multiple price plans with no contract available, excellent for business travel, highly recommended

It works well for travel on the road. It is easy to add data when needed and not have to maintain a contract or pay month to month.

After a short learning curve, I was able to link up my security system and it hasn't dropped out once! The menu is easy to follow and adding additional devices is seamless!

Needed a reliable connection to download data and Internet on the slope and other remote areas. Only need to data every so often when traveling so this is excellent. I can just load it up when I need it.
