It would be better if it displayed the usage on the device instead of making you go online to view usage....otherwise it has worked well.

IF you need a wireless hotspot, and IF you don't have phone tethering or are concerned about data usage, then this product is a viable alternative. It's very basic but does the job of providing 4GLTE service to multiple devices. The plans are reasonable, but don't expect to stream much of anything. Use this to check email and lightweight browsing.

I had to speak with HELP - those who are supposed to help us - and no way - Best Buy Store I bought it from ... hung up on me !!! ATT was also very rude . I was given many numbers just to get into it ... nd I still NEED to know: What IS my Phone number FOR it ?? Since Best Buy AND ATT are so rude about it I do not KNOW how to GET my own phone number for this device on my tablet which I made work for myself !!! I NEED A PHONE NUMBER For MY TABLET !!!!

Good wireless connectivity and the battery life is pretty good. Good product for the price.

Setup was easy, battery time is good, keep it plugged in if you can. Otherwise it will get you through those days when you need cellular wifi

We needed a pay as you go hotspot for my grandmother and it works great and is easy for her to use.

We bought this as our new house didn't get connected for over a month. We love it. It works great & its small enough to put in my purse when I'm traveling.

This device works fine. Just be careful when you sign up for your service. Don't go with the low amount. Once you do they charge you more for minutes than if you would have started with the more expensive plan. I'm not sure if the plan can be changed (it must be or that would be really dumb), but just read through everything before applying or signing up for your plan. Other than that, this works great.

Great product to use during power outage or in rural areas. Can connect with multiple products and friends at the same time.

This device is worth its weight in gold! No more early morning trips to Starbucks with my laptop, this router does everything I need it for! :) :)

I purchased it because my sister had it. It was easy to get it setup and has great and fast connectivity.

It does what you need, and worked fine when my cell couldn't get any service on occasion. Highly recommended.

The only negative I have is the plans available, need to offer unlimited like other carriers do, other than that great coverage.

This as exceeded my expectations. Haven't had any issues with the signal. I use it for my iPad.
