The device works fine. Easy to setup and easy to use. However I was expecting a true "no contract". However you are forced to sign up for a monthly plan rather than pay as you go.

I didn't want to get a contract with a cellphone company so I was introduced to thisprepaid hotspot and I love itit.... It's perfect.

It’s a nice wireless device that can easily fit in the pocket or a backpack to carry anywhere. Easy to setup and use. The signal strength was always good. Never dropped a wireless signal. Overall I really like the device. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I think the wireless plans are high. The prices is what holds me back from using it more.

Like the aspect of it being portable - can take it any where. Very easy to use.

Good hotspot for the price. Inexpensive and you can just pay when you need to use the service as prepaid.

Bought this 4G as a replacement for an older 3G model. Simple to use. Strong signal thruout the house.

The 500MB amount available for data on the basic plan is not enough. I needed to pay $10 to add 500MB more frequently than I thought I should. So, I'm not sure if I'll keep it. I now restrict using it to just emergencies. However, it does work well, and as advertised.

We bought recently due to being on a boat and needing internet access while on the go. The device worked well - as long as we were close enough to land and/or a tower obviously, just like with a cellphone. We were surprised by how much data we actually used - it goes quickly. We had to limit ourselves to emails only.

Great little device. Used it for a whole month. The only downfall is that ATT data plans arent cheap.
