I bought one these media racks last month. Easy to assemble. It holds a lot of my movies and cd cases. I needed another so I bought another, received it today and assembled it. One thing: there aren't pre-drilled holes on left to property attach the top and bottom halves. Not worth the headache to disassemble and return; so I used super glue. Other than that I would recommend this item to others.

It was very easy to set up. It took probably 25-35 minutes total to set up. I like the quality of it. It holds all of my 133 DVDs and 11 Blu-rays. I have no complaints about it.

We just moved and we decided it was time to organize our huge pile of DVD's, audio books, and VHS tapes. We ordered five of these shelves on the Best Buy website at a great sale price. Once they were assembled and loaded in our office we decided to order two more. The only problem we noticed was that the sliding holders do not stay in position while loading the racks, so the items kept falling out. Once loaded they are fine though. We now have a neat uniform library.

Great way to store your media: has enough space to accommodate Blu-Rays, DVDs, and CDs. Extremely easy to put together, stylish, and is still fairly sturdy even when fully loaded. Also has a very slim profile so it doesn't take up much space at all, making it perfect for dorm rooms and other cramped spaces. The media sits at a slightly upwards angle, so you can read the spines of at least the top 3 shelves while standing, and taking out a piece of media only takes a simple tip downwards. The sides are also "windowed" so you can see the cover art of the media bookending each shelf, which is a nice touch. Great price too. I now have two of these and would highly recommend them.

This stand is very convenient, and looks great in any room, and is great for the price, but if you plan on putting it on carpet be careful, and try to load it from the bottom up with media so that it does not break. Otherwise this is an excellent product.

I bought this item to separate out my children's games and DVD's from my collections. The units setup is fairly straight forward and has a nice overall appearance once assembled, however the design of the holders for the dvd's is poor at best, they work simply by a friction method on the rods and the holes drilled in the wood are slight larger than should be so you don't get a good hold on the racks rod to keep the dvd's or games from falling over. In my opinion I would spend a few more dollars and get a better unit made by Atlantic, I have an older unit I bought years ago that is no longer made and is superb compared to this item

The build quality of this rack is very nice. It was easy to assemble, and it feels pretty sturdy dispite having such a small frame. It holds quite a bit compared to all the other media storage shelves and racks I've owned. It can hold a wide variety of media- everything from a CD to a Vita game to a 3DS game to the typical blu-ray and DVD size cases. The only issue I can think of is you have to be careful about your stuff falling off of the shelves if you forget to move the bookend type thing over. It's completely avoidable as long as you remember to move it over- CDs are more likely to fall out than movies or games. If you forget to though, expect everything to come timbling down off of that row- it has a cascade effect.

I purchased this unit to replace two smaller cheaper ones and it works perfectly. I like that I can move the DVD's or blue rays easily from shelf to shelf. It holds a ton of DVD's and for the price was excellent.

The directions were easy to follow. The fit and finish is nice for a put together piece. After assembly, it feels pretty sturdy. The only problem is I need a bigger one now. I feel that it is definitely worth the price and I would have no problems purchasing another one.

If you're looking for a decent multimedia storage unit that will hold your goods, but not take up too much space, this media rack might work for you. Be warned, though--there is an issue with balance when you load it up, as the unit can lean to one side when it fills. A grounding strap with a wall screw is included, but depending on where you have the unit, the strap might not get used. It's easy enough to put together (you need a Philips-head screwdriver), and does well once you find a place to put it where the balance issue isn't so pronounced.

I bought this because I had blu-rays stacked up on top of each other all over the place. It does hold a good amount of movies I have to give it that. Assembly wasn't difficult and didn't take that long. The only real gripe I have is that for blu-rays I highly recommend already having enough to fill up the rack. I found in my experience that if a shelf wasn't filled movies just kept falling down and then falling out of the back. The stops for the shelves don't really do much to help. If you can get a better rack I would suggest it.

I really like this stand. I have a media tower that holds the movies horizontally and things are constantly falling out of it. This has slider bars that keep the movies from falling out. It is a little unsteady if you don't get everything screwed together evenly on both sides but with a little tweaking it worked just fine. I will be purchasing another one to put the remainder of my movies in it. People in previous reviews stated it was too small for boxed seasons, but I found if you put them on the top shelf there is no issue. Definitely worth the money.

We bought this to hold all over our video games. It definitely holds a ton of bluray size cases which is exactly what we were looking for! We are actually thinking of purchasing another. There is a bit of assembly required when you get it. All you will need is a Phillips screw driver, they supply the rest. It is very sturdy once put together and doesn't lean forward once loaded with games or movies!

I ran out of space on my other media rack, so I needed something to hold more movies, and this is working out pretty good. Very easy to set up as well.
