We took it out of the box and the were many broken pieces. If it came broken in the box, I have doubts of its durability.

This product is horrible. As soon as I built it it cracked in two. Never buy this product

Ok quality, easy assembly and good design. Materials aren't the greatest but seems solid enough for the price

Let's start by saying a couple of things: 1) I don't blame Best Buy at all for anything I'm about to say as I saw this specific media storage solution at several places but Best Buy had the best price, 2) this is a cheap, particle board, full assembly required piece of furniture so the bar and my expectations were set pretty low to begin with. I thought I knew what I was getting myself into as I've assembled many of these types of things in the past. This one is the lowest quality and poorest design I've ever encountered. The assembly isn't too bad. I was done in about 45 minutes and nothing was particularly difficult, just frustrating. Some of the cam pieces were machined so poorly that I could not get them to get very tight. Also, the back piece is the sturdiest I've ever seen but putting on the top/back piece is insanely frustrating as it has 2 folds and is the largest. The design lacks a lot. Basically you build the top half, then the bottom half, then join them. The 2 halves are joined merely by some dowels and cams. This thing is over 5 feet tall so this doesn't make for a very stable feeling result. Remember those poorly machined cams I mentioned? Well add to the situation the fact that I couldn't get a few of them very tight and, needless to say, I would never try to lift this thing by the top half. Some of the shelfs just slide in with nothing to secure them meaning that when leaned, lifted, etc they are prone to fall out. They will also push out of leaned against a wall. The pieces are all too thin and the overall design is not deep enough. I looked before I purchased and saw that it is only 7+ inches deep, but I didn't realize how bad that would be in the end. Beyond a doubt, you HAVE to secure this to something. Does it hold my video game collection allowing me more room for future collecting? Sure. I probably wouldn't even be too upset over it if the thing was half the price I paid for it at the time (I paid $80). Unfortunately there aren't a lot of media storage options out there and this was the best price I found. In the future I will be purchasing wood, hardware, and paint and spending a Saturday afternoon building something of WAY higher quality for probably a similar price.

Great media shelf. I filled nearly 5 shelves and it seems very stable. No need for the wall anchor for my setup.

Not good. Would not recommend. Broke mine and had to improvise. Very cheap material.

i have 3 of these so far. i will need a 4th soon. great way to display.

The dvd and cd stand was nice and it was a good product for me to have, because it helped me to organize my dvd's and cd's and I enjoyed it. Thank you

Seriously its not worth the amount you pay for it. Its so crap material. Just going to have to build my own.

Purchased this to hold DVDs, however it is very poor quality material and will not stand up well. Do not recommend.

I had no issues with assembly. It was easy and fairly quick. It looks great and doesn't take over a small room like other hulking media cabinets tend to do.

First, the packaging was destroyed and re-taped upon arrival. Opening the package the protective styrofoam was completely flattened and torn. Began taking the pieces out FOUR were damaged. One of which broken in half. I decided to fix the broken shelves and assemble. Not enough hardware, used some of my own. Screws split the shelves about 6 times because the holes weren’t pre-drilled correctly.

My last one broke when I was moving so glad to get a new one.

You have to use an anchor otherwise it’s not very secure and DVDs/ blu rays stick out about halfway so I felt like they were going to tip over

Don't spend your money very poor design broke even before it was put together threw it in the trash

I opened the box a day after it was delivered. The box had two of the shelves broken in half. Had to be returned.

This is is not a well built item. Multiple screws fell out after assembly. I'm Hoping after it is full of DVDs it doesn't fall apart.

This is the best for a movie collector. You can put movies and action figures and is easy to build.

Bought this online. Product was easy to install. Good product, reasonably priced, holds lots of DVDs.
