I have bought cd / movie towers before from Best Buy and been extremely happy. Not the case in this purchase. I put together myself and it broke in 2 places while assembling. For the price I feel it was very cheaply made. Extremely Disappointed in this purchase!

I bought this and ended up breaking the wood in the middle of assembling. I continued as it wasn't anything I couldn't hide and when I went to put the top half onto the bottom half, the pins wouldn't lock when I turned the cheap piece of metal that's supposed to lock them together. I will be returning in the morning and never purchasing anything from this brand again. I could more than likely snap the cheap particle board with 2 fingers if I wanted. I'll be looking elsewhere for a better made product since Best Buy doesn't carry anything of quality like the shelf I bought almost 15 years ago that I still use today.

Worst piece of pre-fab furniture I ever bought. Flimsy materials and poor construction. Four of the pre-drilled screw holes were too big for the screws provided. This unit is highly overpriced at $80 and would still be at $30. Do not buy this! Best Buy shouldn't carry something so poorly made and overpriced.

What a waste of $69 After putting the top and bottom together, went to lay it down carefully to install the backing, and it snapped right in half.

I love this storage media, I have not read the other reviews but I can tell you that unless you use the screws and hinges to the wall, it may topple over. Once that is taken care of, you are good to go. I have built a wonderful bluray collection and getting ready to buy another, hope this helps you out.

The overall look once put together is great and the capacity of DVDs it can hold is great as well. Thats about it though. It's very flimsy once put together so if you don't have the space to anchor it to the wall don't bother buying it. Also, the shelves are very narrow. All in all i was very dissapointed with the product for the price i paid.

The unit was great for the money and the capacity that I needed. My DVD collection is 200+, Video Game is 30+ and BluRay is 20+. The only downside is the back panel appears too flimsy to fully support it, so you should use the wall anchor kit.

For the price I was paying, I was not expecting too much. The overall build quality of the wood is acceptable. And like the other reviews does state, it is a little wobbly when you're assembling it. I did assemble myself, but it would have been so much easier and faster with at least 2 people working on it. Once completed, its okay. It does the job it was intended to do, and it looks nice (Check photo). The only complaint I have the wood quality, I can tell its a little on the cheap side, but I'm not too worried about it breaking down in the middle of the night. This is a temporarily furniture for me so I will trash it when I'll move from my actual place but the truth is... this is a real piece of garbage. The laminate shelves are so fragile that you can broke them without doing anything wrong. The system to assemble the top and bottom together is totally inadequate and the poor accuracy of the differente screws makes it not secure to assemble. I will not buy this product

I would not recommend or purchase this product ever again. cheaply made and hard to put together. Poorly labeled when constructing the piece. Particle board is also cheap looking.

Holds many dvd's/cd's, but is relatively tall, so should definitely be against a wall, but easy to assemble, & looks good. Decent for the price

Would have paid just a bit more for larger capacity, but size wise this worked better. I would recommend as it can be attached to the wall for safety.

It was hard to put together or I would have taken it back!!! don't by this!! it would even stand up! I guess that's why they give u wall mounts!! Make sure u use them the wall mounts!! it was lake a shakey mess. I thought it would wobble and fall apart before I could brace it to the wall!! it was $89 on sale!! what a rip off!!!

This this is so weak and unstable that two pieces of the wood broke!! DO NOT BUY!

We waited a long time to open the box and start the assembly. We found a broken piece. Because we waited so long it cannot be returned.

I've owned this for about 2 years now and haven't had any issues with it. Setup was easy, as far as I remember, and it holds an insane amount of movies. I'm getting rid of it, but that's just because I've moved towards a digital library. It's held up very well for 2 years of normal use.

This is the second one we've bought we also own the one bigger than this. If you take your time and pay attention to the instructions assembly is a breeze. I have had no broken pieces both times and have had no problems with lack of stability. I would highly reccomend it.

No issues with quality as I've seen described in other reviews--for the price, this one is a winner.
