Don't like the international plug adapters

My Harmony syestem is now working

Alto a did not correct problem with 4K TV

Switching channels with my mini-genie box from DirectV caused no sound and or no picture. This product did not fix my problem. What I needed was better HDMI cables and routing the cables differently.
