Again, this cable has a higher silver quality to it than the chocolate but is not a must have for the 4k setup. I was told by a few different people that this is just not a needed item. It has better numbers and is a better HDMI cable than the others, but it's not really use-full for a 4k setup. It does not improve the picture quality over the chocolate at all, its primarily for better sound, which again isn't even something you would notice much about. If you want it, go for it, but I was told by a few that chocolate is more than enough, that this and above are not use-full. Save some time and get the chocolate.

Amazing the difference this fantastic cable makes!!

So here’s my honest feedback. I bought the sky and tested them against the cinnamon. I watched a short 4K video from YouTube and after about 5 times I discovered that in my opinion...no difference. I want to believe a little but I just can’t say. So then I bought the chocolate and a carbon and compared them. Same test. I could see a slight difference in the carbon but for $200+ I couldnt justify it. So In the end I bought all cinnamons just to say I did. I didn’t compare to cheaper wires cause I wanted the best picture quality and I guess it wasn’t worth my time. So even know there not cheap by any means, you have to use at least the cinnamons just to sleep better at night.

Great lengths on theses cords not like the standard cords

At first I didn't think that using these cables would make that big a difference from the standard cables. Man was I wrong. These offered much greater clarity than the cheaper cables.

Cables, power cords, interconnects etc from AUDIOQUEST are always a step up in quality and price. Sometimes the differences in entry level generic connections and AQ might be subtle in modest audio/visual home entertainment components. I have moved up the scale in recent years including some McIntosh gear. The Carbon HDMI will probably make a bigger impression carrying audio through your system than the picture. The picture is awesome, but you might be asking if the picture is WAY better than the standard Inexpensive HDMI to justify the price of AQ. Do your own a/b test before you toss the box and receipt for the Carbon cord. I kept the Carbon in my system with no buyers remorse.

this cable is worth the price, I bought this on discount (sale) and even then it was twice the price of the average cables. Yes, visually the improvement is marginal and the average cable will suffice so no need to purchase this expensive cable. Unless you have some nice audio equipment and you want to get the best out of that equipment with some great sound. This cable is a difference maker when it comes to sound you can absolutely hear a difference, whether its worth it to you, well that's up to you. I recommend it.

AudioQuest cables are worth every penny, they can get pretty expensive but the quality, durability, and longevity of their cables are second to none. The difference in these cables to others aren't night and day, but I definitely notice a difference and would choose AudioQuest over anybody else in a heartbeat. I highly recommend these if you're looking for great quality in your setup!

Bought this higher end HDMI connector at recommendation of Best Buy blue shirt to use with my new 4K LED TV. I did see a difference in picture quality compared to the old standard connector I was using. This connector is very pricey so I'm not sure if 100% worth the cost but I have no complaints about it.

Audio quest makes amazing hdmi cables good quality really makes the picture quality come out. And sound. There pricey but worth it

Most people claim there is no difference between HDMI cables. I have always disagreed, and Audio quests line of HDMI cables reinforce my belief. The picture quality is excellent, and the speed of HDMI switching is super fast. These cables really excellent when it comes to audio quality. I'm hearing sound effects in movies and instruments in music that seemed to never be there before. To me, this is worth the price.
