Best sound ever? We couldn't tell the difference

I was told it would make my current sound, sound a lot better. I turned up the surround sound and start playing the opening scene of Tenet with the cheaper original one vs this one and my wife and I couldn't tell the difference. Maybe our speakers weren't good enough. It was not worth the money for us.
