Aukey warranty support is non-existent

It looks like it came unglued. I contacted Aukey support and went through their warranty replacement process. They said they would send me out a replacement but proceeded to ghost me after I gave them my shopping information. It worked great while it functioned but I can't recommend them because of terrible customer service.

It charges great. Some chargers seem to lose battery life quick, even after saying its 100%. This keeps phone at a great charge all day.
