These earbuds worked only a part of one day. They look good and felt comfortable. They connected to my iPhone XR quickly and easily. I was surprised by the thin user's guide but it turned out you didn't need much because the buds did most of the work. The case has indicator lights that show you when they are charged and they are magnetic so you don't have to worry much about them falling out of the case. Once I connectes them to my phone they connected automatically every time as soon as I put them on. You can use one earbud only if you want which is super convenient if you are using them in the car or walking in a busy area where you need to be alert and aware. They fell out once during the half of a day that they worked because I was fidgeting with my face mask. Otherwise they were secure. Then they stopped working during phone calls. I could hear music but couldn't hear during phone calls but people could hear me. I tried everything to get help to see if it was user error. I charged them. I called AU and left a message (that was the only option given. No live help available) with no call back. I sent AU an email with a response that said charge them - duh. I went to Best Buy Geek Squad who wouldn't even look at them. The two Geek Squad "Pros" said, "Buy Air Pods." They don't carry this brand in the store so no one was familiar with them and after talking to several associates the consensus was that the earbuds were defective and to just return them and buy Air Pods. So disappointing.

These were a great choice. I love running, but hate when I have to constantly adjust my headphones. These go in and stay in. The sound is awesome, too. A plus is that when my phone rings all I have to do is touch the headphone and answer. Win win!

This is the second pair of these I have purchased for my Grand Daughter the first pair was stolen so I guess she is not the only one who likes them. Good sound they stay well in her ear.

it's a good quality of sound but its size is bigger than regular AirPods.

Easy to connect to my phone, quality sound. I don't have any problem talking and hearing people when on a call

I love the sound quality and the battery life is excellent. People can always hear me well on the other line so that makes this an excellent set.

Worked fine for five months and then the right earbud stopped charging properly. I can use it 20 min. and then get low battery message. The left earbud has stopped connecting and won't even power on. I can't get Ausounds or BestBuy to respond to my requests to honor the warranty. Keep looking for something better.

It is very hard to pair the two earbuds together and stay paired Most of the time when starting out, sound only comes out of the first earbud removed from the case

I like these buds. The only issue is I have a small ear canal and they don’t stay in all the way

Bought these for my wife. Not even two months and the left ear stops working. Unacceptable for the price.

These work just as great as Airpods way cheaper, I would recommend these if your looking for a cheaper way to listen to tunes.

Got them for my wife as a gift and she loves them .
