I bought this product in April of 2016 and wanted to use it a few times before I came to a conclusion. The product works as intended which is to cool anything you put inside of it. Buyer beware that you should avoid direct sunlight whenever possible because it does slow the time for the unit to achieve the selected temperature. Once it gets there it stays but I tested this theory in shade and sun and my theory was tested.
My main issue with this product is that it is very bulky and heavy and is set on small caster wheels. I bought this cooler to accommodate parties that I frequently hold at my house. Since the wheels are so small moving this product around is a little aggrevating. Any bump, crack or crevice is felt and makes moving the product an unnecessarily tall task. If the wheels on the product were more heavy duty this product would be better. For the price of this product one should not have to swap the wheels out it should come standard with appropriate wheels.
Additionally the lock feature did not work. I locked the door and was still able to pull up on the sliding door and access the contents with ease.
Lastly, analizing the product closely I cannot help but to feel like this is a cheaply manufactured product upcharged based on the fact that a lot of stainless steel was used.
Maybe I would feel better if this product were $600 less than its price but its not.
