      Received this after ordering online since it was not a stock item, and followed all set up instructions. It worked for 1 day, then we went on vacation for 2 weeks, it was working great when we left. When we returned it was not operating, everything was warm and we could not get it to work again. When we contacted Best Buy we were told that because it was over the 15 days for return we could not return it for refund but only exchange by the manufacturer. I do not recommend ordering an item like this online. Not sure how it was handled in transit or if it was just a lemon to begin with.
