Weak... Very Weak
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don't get me wrong, I am a huge fan of Avenged Sevenfold, I listened to them allll the way back to Sounding the Seventh Trumpet but this release seems way different from their previous albums. I applaud them for trying something different, but this is just waaay out of the that category of different. Not a good different I might add, this is Avenged Sevenfold's most radio friendly album to date and boring for the most part. The agressiveness in the vocals are very weak and for the most part not very interesting. The vocals have not changed at all since City of Evil. But by all means, if you loved City of Evil you will love this album.
