The 2012 summer blockbuster bring back all our Avengers as a team, fighting against the Chitauri army led by the ever-scheming (and always lovable) Loki. Joss Whedon directed and kept the pace lively and quick, but not to the point where it felt fake or practiced. It's just funny, and a joy to re-watch--you pick up something new, some little nuance, every time! Those are hallmarks of great movies. This Blu-Ray combo comes with a DVD and digital copy, as well as some bonus features. UNFORTUNATELY, there aren't as many special features as you might expect. As someone who always looks forward to these, I was a little disappointed. On the whole, I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys entertainment. :)

I joke because picking up this 4K title actually cost me $1,825 dollars because I was too cheap to pay the $3.99 shipping charge. I ended up getting a rock through my expensive windshield :-( Ugh. But I digress. I watched this 4K disc yesterday and it was so worth it. Ha ha! The Dolby Atmos is better than most Disney 4K UHD releases, but the video was pristine and great looking. It's the movie that started it all and while a tad dated I still managed to have a great time with it all over again and wow what an amazing steelbook design complete with the logo being embossed on it.

After watching all the movies that lead up to this great team up it was definitely worth the wait great film to enjoy over and over.

Again, absolutely love marvel movies. This will be a classic one day. And now we have the case that will stand the test of time.

To anyone considering purchasing this movie? I will say that it awakened the kid in me and I'm 48 years old . I've owned it for 2 week's and have watched it 4 times already ( yes I do have a life)! Each time you watch it you see or hear new details in the movie it's awesome ! I have all 3 avenger's movies in 4k steel book edition and am happy I bought it from Best Buy. I don't praise retailers easily but every purchase I have made was a pleasant experience. Great Pricing, customer service, and customer satisfaction all in one package at BB.

We liked having more of the backstory filled in since we have not seen these films in order. Always entertaining.

The Avengers was my favorite Marvel superhero movie until I saw Guardians of the Galaxy. All of the Marvel Studios movies have been good so far, but some are better than others. Iron Man was originally my favorite until I saw The Avengers. I prefer Edward Norton's version of Bruce Banner from The Incredible Hulk to Mark Ruffalo's version in The Avengers, but I like The Avengers Hulk more. To me it is the best version of The Hulk put on the screen so far. Scarlett Johanson's Black Widow is just amazing. I loved the interrogation scene. Joss Whedon pulled it all together for this movie. I highly recommend it.

I first bought the movie when it came out in Blu-Ray 3D format. Watching it in 4K Ultra felt like watching an entirely different movie. From the opening scenes with Tony Stark meeting Agent Coulson and Natasha Romanoff's interrogation to the battle of New York, the scenes were literally breathtaking visually; some appeared almost lifelike. The superhero movie that did what no other had ever accomplished before and every studio has tried to emulate ever since with a shared movie universe. Simply Marvel-ous!

What hasn’t been said about this awesome movie! Seeing all the Avengers assemble for the first time on the big screen was amazing and still is today! The 4k transfer on this movie is actually one of the best archive ones done thus far by Disney! I was pleasantly surprised! The increase in resolution is apparent and is a big upgrade from the standard blu-Ray! Also the steelbook for this is really slick looking! If you love the avengers and have a 4K blu-Ray player, this is one you should be picking up!

In my opinion, I think the first is not only the best Avengers movie but it is also the best looking Avengers movie when it comes to cinematography. For instance, in the 4K restoration of the film it has the IMAX dimensions which gives it a full picture. This film has great detail in all the characters and scenery. I do not have the best 4K tv but you can notice the detail as it pops off the TV. In the end, if you have to buy this again then you should definitely do it because it wont disappoint.

The movie is good to begin with but to watch it in 4K was even better. The picture and sound are awesome.

Great artwork on steelbook for 4k release. Looking forward to Seeing a rerelease of IW in the fall!

The case was in good condition, with no damage or loose disks. Good addition to my collection.

The Avengers first film. This is where it all came together. A superb gathering of all these stand alone characters. Looking back on it now It almost felt like an experiment, yet, it all gels so well. So much thought and creativity win into it that it has become a cornerstone for the rest of the films to follow. The 4K transfer is awesome. The uptick in detail is worth upgrading to the 4K.

We are TEAM MARVEL all the way. And this first Marvel Avengers movie had high expectations for us to love it, but we did. The characterization the quips...everything was perfect. I don't want to spoil things, but the teamups are fantastic. My Wife and I are debating a trip to Budapest because of this movie. And honestly, if you need the refresher before watching the new Avengers Infinity War movie, it will bring to light a lot of references that you'll want to keep up with.

Had to add it to my steel book collection now I have all of them in the steel book series

Finally a movie that ties all the main Marvel characters together. Enjoyed this movie a lot.
