My 13-year-old loves this bike! It rides so smooth, and the lights are great at night. Most of all, it tells you how much charge you have left and that is so important. I recommend this Ebike and will be purchasing another for Christmas.

I haven't ridden a bike in years, nor have I ever ridden an ebike EVER. Decided to get more active and wanted to go bicycling and I started reading about ebikes. Ultimately went with this one and it is probably one of my best purchases ever. I have had it for just about a day but have already put 30 miles on it. Cruising around town and getting out is so much fun. The bike is built like an absolute tank and I have no worries about it getting damaged from use. You can literally feel the quality in every single place. I'm 5'10 and skinny as hell so I went with the regular sized bike and it works perfect for me. No complaints about it being a step over either. Super easy to use as well. Screen is easy to read and clear to understand. Couldn't be happier with the whole thing.

Other than some issues of a ringing noise it works great. Aventon eventually sent me the parts, but their customer service is terrible. Evrry time you call you have to sit an hour on the phone before they answer.

It's a decent product i'd say but you have to put work into it and buy accessories for it and take care of it, also after i purchased from best buy found out if i bought from actual website they were giving away free stuff with the purchases on the website.

This bike is amazing. It rides fast, it has you in an upright position for comfort. I would take it on long rides and used it as a commuter for a long time. I love this bike !!
