There was issue with the bike making incredibly loud grinding noises, but could not return the bike as there is 15% restocking fee. However, the bike is very comfortable to ride on, but the noise is very embarrassing especially for the price tag. Tried calling bestbuy customer service, without any luck.

I am 77 years young I put this bike together in 45 minutes real easy to Assemble. arrived in excellent condition, The packageing was also excellent,not a scratch anywere on the bike. Check out the reviews on youtube and how to assemble. Well worth the purchase price and super fun to ride. If you go to a bike shop for this bike you will pay more for the purchase price assemble and delivery $ 300.00 + I would highly recommend this bike, I would buy it again

This bike is awesome. Very happy with my purchase. I like to just drive it as a normal bike and when I need extra help just hit the button. Looking forward to going on long runs with it.

Perfect bike for my daughter’s needs. She broke both femurs in a car accident and this gets her around with ease. First bike came with a broken rack and Best Buy could not replace just the rack so we had to settle for a color that was not her first choice. Biggest frustration is not being able to call the store directly.

After all the great reviews I read and saw on YouTube, I got one and all I can say it's a great bike overall, love the features. I've had it for about a 3 weeks so fa it's great LOVE It. Also Best Buy did a great job from the purchasing (was on sale) to the delivery. Arrived on time, packed very well and easy to assemble. Every one enjoy and be safe.

I bought this product with a lot of excitement. I live in Minneapolis. After the first ride in the rain, the torque sensor stopped working for a few days. I asked for a replacement. The pedal assist was functioning for a few minutes in the cold and then the bike was dead. I return the product. BestBuy was so professional but at the end of the day, I am going to lose a couple of hundred dollars due to the return policies. I did not find a reliable product.

This a top of the line e-bike that comes with essential accessories. Looks very high and built sturdy. You can really ride with the wind with this thing. And as always, wear your helmet when riding.

Great quality e-bike! Throttle is very responsive with none of the jerkiness like a lot of the other e-bikes flooding the market these days! Feels very solid. I feel safe riding this going downhill at 30mph on DCs messed up roads!

Not bad… I can go about 22-23 mph and I probably weighed about 220 at the time!!!

Dont buy a watse of money the bike battery doesnt work and the motor doesnt acelarate it’s expensive and its reliable so dont waste ur money the aventons customer service isnt good tried to contact them they dont want to send me a replacement.
