    Nice bike and does everything we expected. It took some effort getting it here due to low supply but so far worth it.

    Great product no thnks to Best Buy. Their load and go policy offers no knowledge of what they sell. Much better off buying this online and leave Best Buy out of it.

    I bought two e-bikes and both have defects one of them the lights have a short, the other one the handle bars will not tighten. Both bikes cannot be fixed so a return/replacement are on the way. I hope this is not a sign of future problems with these bikes.

    Simple, after putting it together, putting the wire together (correctly) and even fully charging it. it doesn't turn on. Bringing it back to the exact best buy is currently to much work for me, its heavy a box would be annoying, and best buy is far and I'd have to uber. So I'm taking it to a near by bike shop later today too see if they can help me with it.
