Best Buy delivered the bike more than a week earlier than if it had been ordered from the manufacturer. The bike is beautifully made and finished. All components are top quality. The torque sensor yields a smooth, natural-feeling ride. The integrated brake lights improve safety and look nice. The hydraulic brakes are exceptionally good. Stable kickstand and rear rack are nice touches. Had 78% charge left after a 16 mile ride.

I picked up my Level 2 over the weekend. I bought it to replace an ebike from another manufacturer that had a cadence sensor and wow, what a difference. The torque sensor is amazing! I can actually get some exercise while tackling steep hills without the jerky response of a cadence sensor. That's not to say that the torque sensor makes me work too hard when I'm tired, but I get on a bike for the exercise. Otherwise I would just buy a motorcycle. Aside from the torque sensor, the Level 2 just feels like a complete ebike. The quality is amazing from the frame to the components, everything just feels solid and well engineered. The color screen is large enough to read at a glance without feeling like I have a tablet in front of me and the info it provides is useful, but not too detailed. I love that there is a USB port to charge my phone while I'm using it for navigation. There are a couple of things I would like to change/add (and I did). First I prefer slightly more swept back handlebars, so I swapped them out. I added an adjustable stem to get them just where I want them. I also added a suspension seatpost, and added a bar-end mirror. While I had to spend a little more for these things, I view it as personalizing my bike to my particular needs and riding style. All in all, this has been a blast to ride!

I had been looking for some time for my wife after using e-bikes on a European trip with VBT.com. We had friends who bought Aventon and loved theirs. There are many brands and start ups on the market but I felt good about the longevity of Aventon as a respected brand. Everything about the packaging and ease of assembly proved my belief. The bike is a dream to ride and my wife loves it. And the Best Buy deal of the day made it an incredible value.

Good solid bike out of the box. Well packed. Easy to ensemble, use Aventon videos. Download apps to work with your bike riding. Fun and easy to ride. Glad I bought it, worth the money.

I love my 3 eBikes from "Aventon" they are a fairly good company to purchase from! Their Quality of parts used are decent to the their Price ratio. It is justified for the most part. If your in need of an affordable electric bike with good power & kick to get you from A-B. Pros: Decent Build Quality! Front Suspension is great for city/town commuting! Built-In Torque Sensor! Rear Rack + Fenders Included is Great! Gear Shifting is Seamless! Powerful 500W Motor! Step-Through model is a perfect size fit for most people between the height of (5'4-5'11) Cons: Front & Back Tires are easily punctured when riding over (stickers/sharp rocks/gravel) Flats could/will be more common than usual. Battery charge/level could be much better! (owning a second battery is ideal if wanting to take longer rides between 18-22 miles) Throttle/Pedal Assist power/levels are slow & lacking in power to get you up to 20mph. Worse on uphills. (The Pace 500.2 & Aventure Level.2 are far quicker!)

I keep riding my Aventon Level 2 Commuter E-Bike around town and cross town & I putt a lots of miles on my E-Bike.

The long battery life is very convenient for all day biking. Love the Himalayan pink color unlike the blue and white colors that we see everywhere. Unfortunately, very heavy to load up but probably because of the battery and it’s well built. The pedal assist and throttle make it easy to return back to camp or our vehicle after my legs are melted after biking all day.

We just got our bike and test rode it for short ride. We love it! Was easy to put together and easy to understand the operations. We'll be taking it in a couple of weeks for a real test ride. Probably 40-50 miles!

Aventon makes excellent Ebikes. The bike is very weel made and conformable. MY wife got the step through and I got the step over Level.2 Easy assembly. I did not that I had to adjust the derailer slightly. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

Good but battery fast dead and battery not good thanks

Wife loves this bike. We live 3 miles from her job and it’s mostly uphill. This makes those hills feel like she’s bike on flat surfaces all the way to work. The battery charge lasts for about three weeks with her using the petal assist and riding it about 3 times a week

As expected a superior product, a pleasure to ride and own. Assembly was easy.

Easy to assemble fun to ride great bike! Only slight problem was the throttle switch was broken during shipment!

Love the bike but returned it as Geek Squad had no idea how to set it up. I asked the Geek Guy if he had ever set one up and he said he had watched a few being done. Handle bar was crooked, tires flat, other issues. Buy at a bike store like I will. Same price, better service and set up. Best Buy should not sell bikes. Period.

The bike went together easily. Very impressed with the quality. Ordering was easy. And the delivery men couldn't have been nicer. I am one pleased customer.

I bought Aventon ADVENTURE and me and my wife loved it. Her only complaint was the ebike was a little to big/heavy for her. So we bought the LEVEL 2 and can't belive how extremely disappointed we are with this ebike. It's almost at the same price point as the ADVENTURE but it doesn't have the power, smooth ride, or comfort. The only thing my wife liked about Level 2 was the color. She said she can get past the heaviness of the ADVENTURE because it is so much smoother and more comfortable to ride the the Level 2. So if you are getting a ebike just get the ADVENTURE it cost the same and you are getting a much superior bike. I returned the LEVEL 2 and exchange it for another ADVENTURE because I can't believe they are going to charge the same price for lesser product.
