I bought two of these and neither of the batteries worked. I had to return both. I reached out to the manufacturer and they didn’t respond to me for 3 weeks which is past the Best Buy return window AVOID

Gave this as a gift to my son for Christmas. He rode it to work day 1 and he couldn’t wait to give me his input on his gift. He said, “ I just got to work and it’s still at 100% charge!” He’s most pleased with the comfort, performance and look of the bike. It was incredibly easy to put together and took about 1/2 hour, if that. For the price I this e-bike, I wasn’t sure what I’d get. Well, I got way more than I thought AND have already recommended it to others.

I absolutely love my bike. It’s not as big and bulky as those other electric bikes.

So far so good. Easily attached a stroller to it. No problem putting it together.

Works well needed an adapter to fill innertube with air not icluded in box

Just bought the bike and getting a chance to break it in. So far so good. It's got some power and easy assist. I've had double knee replacements and was looking for a bike to make it a bit easier on the knees.

Amazing bike and the range it is nice and comfortable

After doing some research, I found Aventon coming up as one of the best bikes overall for the money and quality. It rides really well and the motor is responsive when going uphill. I like that it has a throttle and pedal assist. I'm 54 and there are times where I don't like to pedal. The display and control syncs up to an app and is a great feature as well as the integrated brake lights on the frame. Very easy to assemble and comes with some good tools to put it together.

I bought this due to the incredible price. I had been wanting an e-bike for a while, but didn’t want to spend 1000.00 on one. The bike build quality is top notch. It was incredibly easy to assemble. Like many others, my Soltera had a dead battery that wouldn’t charge. However, Aventon’s customer service was impeccable. I filled out a warranty claim, sent them a video of how the battery was acting and they FedExed a new battery to me within 6 days. I can’t say enough good things about Aventon’s service and it’s clear they stand by their products. They made a permanent customer in me.

Bought bike for son to get around college campus. Has worked out great. He loves it.

Got the bike on sale for 599.00. Easy to setup, but the battery wouldn't charge. I contacted Aventon by phone, and an actual person answered. There were some hoops to jump through but the sent out a replacement battery, and it worked perfectly. The bike itself seems high quality. I am enjoying it so far. It makes it easy to climb hills my regular bike would have trouble with. Even with the hiccup with the battery I would recommend this bike. Best buy would have also taken it back if Aventon hasn't come through.

I purchased this bike and it had a defective battery. Exchanged the bike and same issue. Aventon is back logged on battery orders and according to the reviews on their site they are still sending out bikes with defective batteries. Will be returning this and going with a different brand.

I am not sure what is happening with these bikes. But I bought two of them and both have dead batteries. Not charging, not turning on. Seems like a common problem

The bike never started up not even once... Customer service from the company has failed to respond to my concern to resolve the issue.
