Has worked great on the S9+s for the wife and I. Picked this up for girl child's Tab A and man child's new Dell laptop. Easy set up, and worked like a charm.

Took me a little bit to get this working. My problem was that I tried to start on Android device which seemed not to work. Used window computer and then the Android and no problems

I have used AVG before , with satisfaction. This purchase was made to see the extent of improvement, if any, over the past 2 years. So far I am not disappointed.

This AVG Internet Security product is what I needed for my protection against viruses on my computer.

I purchased this item as I have used it in past but after installing it on our new laptop, our browser started to misbehave and was blocking sites and causing lot of headaches so I had to uninstall it. I was also looking to install it on my android phone but after reading comments about it being painful and issues with uninstalling it, I have yet to try it. I would not recommend this product yet.

Too many ads for extra stuff that wasnt included. Annoying and should have been included for price.

It is good for the price, but I will have bought the premium which had more coverage.

The AVG Internet Security is a nice little package, you get most of the protection you need, for a very nice price. The installation is straight forward, browse to the redemption page and enter your code, the nice thing is the product works for 5 devices. The software comes with "Full Protection" which keeps you protected from Hacker Attacks, protects your payments and privacy. "Basic Protection" is also included protecting your Computer, plus Web and Email. You can perform your basic scan by clicking "Scan Computer" or click the gear for other scans. Which include Computer Scan, Deep Scan, USB/DVD Scan, File or Folder, Performance or Boot-Time Scan. This is a fairly extensive list of scans, I am always a fan of boot-time scan as it is a little harder for malicious software to trick your computer when you are not booted into windows fully. You will have to click this to prep your machine for the scan. Overall I am happy with the software, but there are something that seem to pop up in your face to try and sell you additional software, such as their VPN and Performance (Tune-Up) software, so the Performance Scan I mentioned earlier will prompt you to install the trial or purchase the software. There is also some kind of pop up that jumps up off the task bar when turning on my machine or exiting a full screen application. Most can be informational while some can scare people into thinking they aren't protected and need to spend more money or they made the wrong purchase. The popups aren't as bad as some freeware out there though. AVG would have a more user friendly software if they did not mark out all of these vulnerabilities in your machine as "Your Current Location is Visible, and that's only 1 of 4 privacy issues we found" Of course this software would know, it has a lot of access to protect your machine, if you're protecting my "Web, Computer and Privacy" I would think that would be included. It would make more sense for me if AVG put a sort of "Tips and Tricks" or an "Additional Security" tabs somewhere to help people understand the protection they paid for, how to use some of the other scan options, and pitch their VPN and Tune-Up software. All in All I would recommend this product to those looking for budget friendly protection, but there are those I wouldn't recommend it to. Simply all of the popups, warnings and resolution button that does nothing but offer them protection for an additional fee would drive someone like my father to either think he did not get everything he paid for (as it has dedicated buttons in the app) or that this software does not "Fully Protect" him as it states. **As I was typing this I got a sizable pop-up on the bottom right-hand side of my screen warning me that my performance is not optimal and to click here to fix. It is a free download, but if I want full protection it is $49.99/year.**
