User friendly, well built, and easy to setup

So far, Bambu has been the easiest to get setup and start printing right out of the box. Really user friendly for people new to the 3d printer world.

I wish it would work

Sold my brand new P1S AMS 2 Pro Combo right after this released to the US. Have had this for a few weeks and it printed 3 times flawlessly, before feed errors started occurring. Bambu support is sending parts for a failed filament sensor and extruder control board, but I think the issue is in the extruder itself, or even the filament buffer. Working with Bambu Lab Support is painfully slow, and shipping for replacement parts takes just as long to receive. I would have opted to have this defective unit replaced by Best Buy but there is none in stock, every time I check. I've never had a brand new product like this fail so soon, and I really hope it gets going again before too long. It's putting me terribly far behind on my planned projects and has been nothing but a major letdown.

Great Potential but has issues

I had to return my initial printer after only 2 weeks of use. The prints kept failing with extruder motor malfunction overload error. Bambu lab does not have phone support so all responses are by email which are slow. Bambu lab did respond and sent me a replacement part but unfortunately the repair was difficult and I could not get device to print again. If Bambu lab had phone support I may have been able to repair it with assistance but they only provide online photo walk through which is limited. There is an online YouTube video with a gentleman discussing the same issue. I hope Bambu lab can resolve this issue since I really want to love this printer. So far do good…

It has a beautiful screen, upgraded AMS, and other useful features that help the quality of life. if you can afford this one over the P1S, but it!

Worth the money and better to buy from best buy

Bambu is basically the apple of 3d printers. And the AI saved me filamet twice now by catching issues my p1s wouldn’t have.
