First 3d printer and it’s super consistent and high quality!

I bought this 3d printer as a gift, and I couldn't be happier. We have already designed many items. The printer has even ran out of filament and it didn't jam or anything, it just gave us a warning and waiting for us to refill it. The program is very user friendly. I highly recommend it. I would say that whatever room it it is in, make sure there is a fan because it gets very warm. Also, it isn't that loud, so when looking into don't take that con as much.

Fantastic 3d printer! Have done a number of projects with not a blip. Things come out very detailed and top quality.

Easy to use and setup. The AMS system is amazing!!

The first one I bought got stuck mid-print on it's second print job but I went back to replace it and the second one is just an Awesome Printer. A few prints in and it is printing amazing, and the part is that it is super easy to print, Love It!

This is great. I started on the A1 and this X1C is just next level. Amazing print quality and multicolored prints work flawlessly.

The printer itself performed perfectly on single-color printing. However, the AMS failed to purge filament on all four hubs when I attempted multicolor printing. I had to return the X1C Combo and exchange it for the H2S model, which has been on backorder for two weeks (originally promised within one week—this delay and potential auto-cancellation is not ideal). Customer support, however, has been exceptional. Overall, my experience with Best Buy has been positive so far.

I am absolutely new to 3D printing. I buy my electronics through Best Buy because Best Buy has my back. with their coverage. If it did not work out with the unit. I did not know where the experience was going but 3D printers have tight warranty time which were extended by BB. So far the printer is very cool and I will probably get another.

it works amazing , the ability to print pretty much right out of the box and print good is wonderful, it needs to do some updates and adjustments took about a hour not to bad at all .

This is my second x1c, one wasn't enough. Highly recommend for anyone new to 3d filament printing. Pretty much as easy as it gets. Bambu labs took the best of everything and put it into this printer.
