Great product but terrible CS from Best Buy team. Bambu printer has been mostly great minus some missing setups steps that could be found online. This review is from the weak practice, wasted time, and poor experience from the CS around their price matching. I saw that Bambu (direct) had this on limited time sale during my return window. So I reached out (during the sale period) and after 3 redirects having to answer the same questions over period of an hour they said they wanted to redirect me a 4th because I was routed to the wrong team! 3 redirects and they said that they couldn’t help price match even though it’s the direct manufacturer of the product selling it cheaper. It’s getting wrapped up for return right after I finish this review. Not the products fault, absolutely the Best Buy CS teams fault and their weak price matching policy. Buy else where because it’s vapor ware policy.

Out of the box ive had two issues. The furst veing tge machine constantly says the Lidar Lens is dirty. I look it over seeing nothing on it, still clean it per tge procedure on the Bambu Wiki tgat the machine sends you to, yet the issue persists. Also the machine upon start up will read a formatted SD Chip but not write to it. Within 5 minutes it states no SD Card is presnt. This same card performs flawlessly in a different X1C i purchased last year as well as my A1. I have launched a support ticket quite some time ago but no action has been taken. The machine was delivered February 21, 2025. I feel like Bambu is ignoring the ticket until it is out of warranty so they can charge me for the repair parts. I am poised and readyvto purchase machine #4 fir our upstart print farm but wondering if i dhould look somewhere besides Bambu at this time. It is really sad ss other than this the machine runs flawlessly.

Honestly, it's a pain in the rear. When it works, it works great, when it doesn't it is A PAIN to fix. At least the videos are on youtube to fix it because everyone has the same problems.

I don’t know if Best Buy is selling refurbished printers but I’ve had this printer for less than a month and am having print issues with it. I purchased a p1s a year ago from Bambu and had less issues. I recommend anyone that wants a printer to buy it directly from the company manufacturing it.
