The printer prints beautifully. If I were only rating the printer I would give it five stars. The AMS failed to properly load the filament within one month. For some reason Best Buy's return policy is less than a month. I contacted Bambu Labs for a replacement and they said they only replace items if you buy them from their site. They said I had to deal with the reseller for a replacement. They are sending parts for me to install in the hope that these parts fix the problem. I hope so too. Anyhow, the printer is outstanding. The AMS could be, but isn't in my case. Knowing the manufacturer's policy, I would buy the printer from Bambu Labs, not Best Buy.

Well, I've had it for 31 days, and I've barely printed anything fun. Arrived 10/1, on 10/17 the AMS buffer stopped functioning properly, went back and forth with Bambu until they shipped my new buffer on 10/25, and last night on 10/30 something new stopped working. So I've owned it 31 days and have only been able to use it for 21 days... Off to a great start. We'll see what the next 30 days gets me.

The printer itself performed perfectly on single-color printing. However, the AMS failed to purge filament on all four hubs when I attempted multicolor printing. I had to return the X1C Combo and exchange it for the H2S model, which has been on backorder for two weeks (originally promised within one week—this delay and potential auto-cancellation is not ideal). Customer support, however, has been exceptional. Overall, my experience with Best Buy has been positive so far.

Is a good machine but it give me some the Novak issues the I ended up returning the equipment. As soon they send me the new one for now is working fine

Very disappointed! I didn't receive proper guidance or the option to choose between the combo with the regular AMS and the AMS 2 Pro. Now I have to make another investment as if it weren't expensive enough.
