    Willie Nelson finally came out with an album of new material after many years, and it's really worth hearing. Some songs are a bit humorous and simple in lyrics, but Willie sings from the heart, and through the lyrics of some songs it sounds like he's telling us his tales and trials of growing older and reflecting, and losing/finding the will to write music. It has a classic Willie Nelson style of country music that's pure and old school. For being 81 years young, His voice still conveys his softness, sadness, and also humor that is reminiscent of Willie's songs. I listen to it and feel like I'm sitting in the corner of a room listening to a wise older grandfather sing me stories of his life. Thanks Willie!

    If you are fan of Willie Nelson you will enjoy some new songs. Like most songwriters he gets into a creative time and produces several new tunes. He also has songs by Vince Gill, Billy Joe Shaver, Dennis Morgan , Gordie Samson and Bill Anderson. Songs recorded in Nashville, Austin, New Orleans and L.A.

    I was glad you had it in stock because I heard it was a good CD. He's a true country star, and I've been a fan for over 35 years!! Nearly every song is a winner!!
