Nice frame, incorrect sizing

The frame is beautiful but when you put the picture in, there's a 1/4 inch gap from the top of the picture to the top part of the clear portion. It says it's a 4x6 but the clear section is actually a 4 1/4 x 5 3/4. If I was putting it against a black wall it wouldn't matter but the walls are white, which will stand out against the black frame. If I had realized this, I wouldn't have bought this frame.
