I love the Barska.

I've had it for three years now, and the only problem I've had is that about once every six months I have to unplug it entirely to reset its electronic brain. Its performance is reliable and totally satisfactory.

Good sound

Cons: If one does a Bluetooth connection, (S)he will be forced to hard switch off the unit and then turn it back on to again receive audio from their TV. It does not work to turn off the unit by remote or by the front button. I verified this with Barska technical support. It is a design flaw. While not terrible, it would be nice if there were a bass adjustment in the unit. Sometimes the bass is a bit too much and my TV has limited capability to do it from the menu. Bottom line: I decided to keep it, but I got it on a terrific sale. I would not pay the retail price or close to it because of the Bluetooth inconvenience.
