The two technicians mounted my 65" TV on the wall with a In Wall TV Mount Kit and also hooked up the SONOS Soundbar. They did an absolutely outstanding job. The entire work was done neatly, professionally and they were very courteous, polite and knowledgeable of the job they were performing. Well worth the fee that I was charged for the installation. I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend the services of the Geek Squad.

Great soundbar, only issue that they had when coming out twice for installation is the hole is smaller then the screw to hang it on my tb bracket, i had to wiggle and slightly shove screw in hole just to fit.

The service the agent provided in setting up our TV, mounting on the Full Motion Wall Mount, mounting the Soundbar and setting up the sound bar and running the cables inside the wall,,, was done so professionally. We are very delighted and happy with the service we received and will highly recommend. Picture below.

I was very impressed with the service of Marc and his partner. When the tv was too large for my stand , it was mounted on my wall! I couldn’t be happier! The guys were very knowledgeable and professional!

The geek team mounted my new t.v. and all my devices in a very short time. Cleaned every piece of trash and took the box with him. Made sure everything was working great before they left. Kind, courteous and covid ready. Fantastic job.

Started trying to get a proper quote from Britney in April. The lack of follow-up threw a red flag but the lower prices initial of Best Buy kept me with them. We finally got most of the system installed in July. The entire installation, parts and labor, was paid at that time.
Britney had scheduled completion 4 times since July, but only after, I called and texted repeatedly to get a callback. The last time, I went to the Hamburg store and spoke to a Manager because Britney was ghosting me.
The last scheduled appointment was October 10. I took off work to get this wrapped up. I get a text from Britney that the installation bracket is broken and they must cancel again. She promised a credit to my account due to the repeated problems but nothing showed. She also assured me the brackets would be ordered with expedited shipping. This was on October 10. It is now October 28 and, once again, I have heard nothing. My speakers still so outside, in a box on the deck, awaiting installation. The turntable, still boxed in the living room floor. The switch is in at the Nicholasville Rd store but not delivered. The brackets, still unaccounted for. The quotes for the other equipment to enhance the installation never received. In the past, I told Britney that I didn’t want to speak negatively about her not give Best Buy a bad review. All I wanted was my paid job completed. That has changed. My experience with Britney, hence, Best Buy has been the most unprofessional. James and his helper were great. James did a nice job with the installation to date and answered my questions well. Che visited the house once, and was professional and good with working out details with the planned system. I would really like to deal with someone, other than Britney, to complete my paid installation.

The agents installed the wall mount and then mounted my TV on it. They were very meticulous about getting it level and getting the cords out of the way.
