Arkham City is definitely the best of the first 3 games. Origins is basically the same but I feel like they've changed the tempo of the fighting a bit. The story is less exciting. But it's still fun. Think of it like an expansion to Arkham City (instead of like an improvement, which Arkham City was to Arkham Asylum) because there really aren't a lot of new gadgets and stuff

As with the prior releases, this definitely lives up its predecessors.

if you liked the other games in the series, then you will like this one.

This is a good game, not as good as the first two games in the series (Arkham Asylum or Arkham City). However it is good. If you want to complete the series then go ahead and get it. If you're only looking to buy a Batman game as a gift, then get either of the other 2 games mentioned.

Awesome Batman game. Not as good as Arkham Knight. Still great.

Similar game play to the first 2 games, which gives you a ton to do even after the main story mode ends. Several great references that fans of the comics and other Batman lore will enjoy. The multiplayer has been unsuccessful for me so far. I spent 20-30 minutes trying to get into a game without success and after getting into a few lobbies only to be kicked out, i gave up. Thanks to this and a few other extremely difficult trophies, I will not be attempting a platinum on this one. Get it for the single player and for your love of the Batman.

Year 2 for Batman. Man, this guy has some of the most insane nights known to man. Best story of the Arkham series and some overall better character designs. Gameplay is as good as ever. Wish the frame rate was a bit more stable, though.

This game is loads of fun. Main story is great and in my opinion is in itself worth the buy. Loved the cutscenes and awesome boss fights. The boss fight with Deathstroke is legendary. If you like Arkham city you will love this game.
