The first half of the movie centers on Batgirl. But she's not presented in the best light. The Killing Joke really doesn't start until the halfway point. Now that story was good. Start the dvd there and you'll be golden.

I bought this as a gift for a hardcore batman fan. it was at the perfect price. I Love BestBuy.

This movie had some similarities of the graphic novel. The movie differed in romantic angle of Batgirl and Batman and trying to focus more on her. Then the story in the novel of the Jokers origin. Overall decent movie .

Not recommended for the kids. Adult content. One of the best stories in comics comes to video.
