I watched this on my 4K tv and the Blu Ray upconverted to be very clear. I was amazed at the picture quality and detail. While this is due to the TV, it made an old favorite much more enjoyable. Classic war movie with Henry Fonda, Charles Bronson and Telly Savalas. Great tank action.

Cinerama at its best. other one of the Best Buy films I have seen.Beautiful photography the color is so rich such a wonderful war film no bad language no nudity I would recommend this to the whole family

An American classic of a important historical event in history great film

Really good old-time movie. A lot of iconic actors in it as well.

One of the last of the old-school epic WWII films, this tells the true story of Germany's last major offense of the war, and does a great job telling it. There are some big actors in this one with Robert Shaw, Charles Bronson and Henry Fonda as standouts. The supplemental material here is really good too.

This is a pretty good movie. The acting is very good. It starts out a little slow but then it really picks up. Henry Fonda is really good in this movie. If you like war movies you should get this.

This is a movie I remember from my youth, and it was great to see it again after many years. Anyone who enjoys WW II movies will love this.

This is a older movie that I originally saw in a movie theater and was delighted when I was able to purchase it from BestBuy at a good price so my wife, who has not seen it, can watch it anytime we want.

Great old fashioned war movie. Story line is great, and Fonda is his usual excellent self. Don't look for 2020 special effects.

I bought this DVD for a gift and they loved it. Great picture

imho this is a gem to any lover of the world war 2 genre. the song the Germans sing before the battle is cool imho. ironically this film was shot in two places Europe and possibly a desert. the tank battle should have taken place in the snow but something happened during the filming of the movie that forced a relocation of the production. we get to see how the germans actually thought this plan was going to work and how the Americans turned the tide of battle. one general responds to the german surrender with nuts as an answer. the film has a great cast of actors including charles bronson and telly savalas who worked together in the original dirty dozen movie. robert shaw plays the german officer which is a switch for him. shaw is known for playing the good guy. the sound and picture are well worth the price of the blu-ray release.

with all of the deleted scenes in the movie, it is like watching a new movie. blu-ray has done a great job cleaning up a 35mm movie. i know my age group, 50 to 55 will enjoy it.
