Game is just okay. Definitely no Borderlands but a decent shooter. Playing alone is not that good. Would be a lot of fun playing with a group

This game is an only only multiplayer shooter that requires you to buy Playstation plus or Xbox gold to play. The game plays like League of legends meets borderlands. The heroes in the game are fun to learn their styles. The campaign is fun, although a bit short. Overall Battleborn isn't a great game but may be something that can scratch your itch until the next borderlands game comes out

Played through the full 8/9 mission campaign in 2-3 hours. Not terribly long but it was fun to play and getting to unlock each character was fun as well. The story was pretty lame, but it tried to infuse borderlands like charm and humor. Only problem was that it didn't quite make it. The graphics seemed like a step back from the quality of borderlands which is really my biggest complaint.

The campaign is slightly repetitive, but with multiple difficulty modes and the option to play with 4 friends, it makes for hours of replay value. Also, multiplayer battles are intense. If PvP is more your style, there is Capture. If you enjoy some PvE elements, play Incursion or Meltdown. So if you like shooters, but want more than just PvP battle arenas (*cough* Overwatch *cough*), this is a game for you.

If you can pick this game up for $10 bucks or less, it's worth a shot. It's not a bad game, but was majorly overshadowed by Overwatch as they released very close to each other originally. Is it worth 60 bucks? Definitely not, but for less than 10 bucks, it's worth the hours of entertainment you'll get out of it. Single player is fun, but I'd say this game is best played with a friend, and for the price you can afford to buy 2 copies and gift one!

A very solid first person shooter but it came out with bad timing. For the price its a very good pickup.

I expected just another fps, what I got was a totally different type of fps, work together to achieve your goal or play alone on the campaign, graphics are really great (cartoon like), gameplay believe it or not is as good as any other shooter, power ups and customization are also available, tons of characters with different powers (weapons), lots of fun!

The game is good, feels great. The only issue is that it lacks content. Repetitive gameplay.

This is a good game with lots of fun characters and enjoyable modes. It got unfairly compared to and overshadowed by Overwatch (an excellent game in it's own right) since they had similar concepts and released around the same time. I purchased it in part because it was on sale, but also because it offered local co-op so I was able to play with my brother, something Overwatch doesn't offer.

This game is almost identical to borderlands, but it's got its own joy about it! Can't put it down!

Really fun game . Very cool character design and gameplay.

Very entertaining game. I have found that it's about picking the right character for your play style. All 25 characters play so differently which adds a lot to the replay value. Graphics are smooth and lots of jokes. I enjoy that they do have a story mode (with matchmaking co-op) which a lot of the other games of this style don't offer.

From the same witty creators of the Borderland series, comes Battleborn. Different jokes, voices, and entertaining characters on all fronts. I've been playing for a handful of weeks, and each game is new and exciting. Many different characters and options to choose from.

Battleborn is better than Overwatch in many ways. It has a more rich and dynamic cast of characters. It has the flare and magic feeling of Borderlands. It's also way easier to get into and understand. I played way more hours a day of Battleborn than Overwatch.

Fun online team based shooter. Many compare it to Overwatch but as much as it might look similar, it has it's own identity. It has a higher learning curve and not quite as balanced. Still, it's a good alternative and a solid game. Game looks good, sounds great, and plays as you'd expect from a Gearbox game.
